首先,佢哋嘅**招牌燒鵝**真係唔錯,皮脆肉嫩,油脂分布均勻,阿仔同老公都搶住食!不過我覺得份量偏細,一家四口叫半隻差唔多,但價錢就貴咗少少,$298半隻,性價比見仁見智啦。 **燉湯**係另一個亮點!我試咗個「海底椰雪梨燉豬展」,好清甜又潤喉,啱晒最近轉天氣飲。但阿女叫咗個「花膠螺頭湯」就覺得味精重咗啲,飲完有啲口渴…… 可能睇款式揀啦。 環境方面,座位算闊落,帶小朋友都坐得舒服,不過週末真係好多人,等位等咗半個鐘,建議大家早啲去。服務就普通啦,後生侍應有禮貌,但落單漏咗個油菜,催咗兩次先嚟。 總體來講,如果為咗燒鵝同燉湯可以一試,但預咗人均$200-250左右。大家有冇其他推介?或者有冇人試過佢哋嘅小菜?聽聞『鵝油撈麵』都唔錯?」

收工同同事睇openrice見到山頂有間鼎爺開嘅燒鵝就試試佢。二人餐 $398 有燒鵝、叉燒、油菜、燉湯同飯,價錢算合理,但出品有驚喜亦有中伏位!✅ 燒鵝例牌真係冇得輸,皮脆到「咔嚓」聲,肉質嫩滑仲有淡淡玫瑰露香,尤其係分到隻鵝髀,油脂比例啱啱好,酸梅醬唔會死甜,呢 part 滿分!✅ 燉湯揀咗海底椰豬腱,湯清甜到連飲兩啖停唔到口,豬腱肉煮到淋身唔黐牙,撈到五六粒海底椰,足料抵讚。燒鵝同燉湯確實高質,但其他細節有進步空間。如果避開周末,當行山後簡單醫肚,$200 人均可以接受~

哎呀,今次真係要同大家share下我同老公去鼎尚燒鵝湯館嘅「震撼體驗」!話說上個weekend,我哋諗住reward自己湊仔辛苦,去拍下拖,點知……真係又愛又恨啊! 燒鵝 - 靈魂所在,首先,個招牌燒鵝真係無得彈,皮脆肉嫩,咬落去啲juicy到漏油(同我個仔啲功課一樣漏嘢lol)個「招牌燉湯」確實足料,飲得出冇落味精(因為我個嘴冇變鹹魚)服務 - 快過我催仔做功課!🤣D侍應嘅speed簡直係Olympic level

同班行山隊友征服扯旗山,落山衝去醫肚叫咗燒鵝飯、叉燒拼燒腩飯等等、燉湯、油菜燒鵝例幾靚仔,鵝髀位皮脆唔膩,肉質夠嫩唔鞋,酸梅醬自家製唔會死甜。燒腩仔肥膏層次分明,叉燒半肥瘦啱啱好,蜜汁掛得均勻,做到燶邊燉湯揀咗西洋菜陳腎同椰子雞,兩款都足料到呢~西洋菜湯飲到無花果自然甜味;椰子湯竟然撈到兩大舊雞髀肉,算係咁啦
