今晚接近八點,較多食客,職員問我們是否願意搭枱,我和朋友均同意。及後被帶往半弧形枱,目測可坐8人,當時已有2名食客用餐。當時我們已坐下,其中1名食客對職員講,咁即是要我宜家埋單走者。片刻,職員走過來叫我們走,或者等多一個鐘,九點入座。擺明不想做生意了。食客態度固然可惡,但職員事先也沒跟食客溝通好,到後面更直接趕走客人,客戶體驗非常差。我們也不是生客,咁樣的待客之道令人卻步!以往每月都約朋友到此飯局,雖然價錢唔算大眾,但貪呢度就腳,服務態度良好,不過是次體驗非常差,唔會有下次了。
