我們今年在這裡慶祝了我媽媽的生日,但卻沒想到有如此差勁的用餐體驗。我們之前預訂了7:30的座位,但是一直等到了8:15才能入座。店外及附近完全沒有安排可以坐下等候的位置,老人家亦無力久站。結果陷入一個尷尬的場面。帶著兩隻狗,臨時轉餐廳亦有難度。此外,菜式的味道也不盡如人意,我們叫了一個四人餐。水晶肴肉極咸,豬肉極甜,酸菜魚也沒有太大的特色。不知名氣從何而來。價格方面也比較貴,份量又少。最讓我們無法接受的是,侍應突然在狗的頭上上菜,嚇到了我的狗,導致熱湯淋到了我的家人。侍應只是稍微道了一句歉,連毛巾或紙巾亦沒有提供,我們只能自行清理。雖然我們已特意放一張大椅子隔開了狗,但是侍應仍然堅持在狗的頭上上菜。我們心想,難道餐廳沒有訓練侍應不能於顧客頭頂上菜?作為中菜館不是常識嗎?這次淋到的家人,幸好有袋擋隔大腿,否則可能要離場就醫了。總體而言,就算帶狗外出用餐困難,我們亦暫時不會考慮再次在此用餐。無論食物還是服務均是災難性等級。

最讓我們無法接受的是,侍應突然在狗的頭上上菜,嚇到了我的狗,導致熱湯淋到了我的家人。侍應只是稍微道了一句歉,連毛巾或紙巾亦沒有提供,我們只能自行清理。

雖然我們已特意放一張大椅子隔開了狗,但是侍應仍然堅持在狗的頭上上菜。我們心想,難道餐廳沒有訓練侍應不能於顧客頭頂上菜?作為中菜館不是常識嗎?這次淋到的家人,幸好有袋擋隔大腿,否則可能要離場就醫了。

總體而言,就算帶狗外出用餐困難,我們亦暫時不會考慮再次在此用餐。無論食物還是服務均是災難性等級。

約同事晚飯,同事雀躍地提議去吃酸菜魚,大家舉腳贊成。幾年前,和同事們到廣東佛山工作住了三個月,是我第一次接觸酸菜魚這件事。一大個碟(其實大得可以說是一個盤),滾著湯,新鮮河鮮,有酸菜有辣椒,外表辣過內在,加粉皮或薯粉,一大盤已夠四個人吃,旁邊再點三兩個小食已經十分滿足,價錢更十二分親民,原來那間是廣東的連鎖酸菜魚餐廳,享負盛名。那三個月的時間,我們一星期至少去吃一至兩次。佛山回來,慢慢發覺酸菜魚這文化開始在香港出現,當然心思思想去尋找那些往昔的味道。不知怎樣解釋,試過好幾間,可能是廚師背景或手法不同,又或是調味、河鮮的選擇,總之就找不到我覺得好吃的,可能真是嘴巴吃刁了。今次來到稻成,中肯地說,依然不是我在追尋的味道,但已是我在香港吃過較好的一個酸菜魚,滿意的。一如餐廳的slogan:「好食不止酸菜魚」,他們的其他出品,細致、用心,賣相、味道都好。要吃酸菜魚,這餐廳是一個可以的選擇。

金黃色的米飯粒粒分明,均勻混合了醬油、雞蛋、香蔥、蝦以及帶子,配料豐富,不油膩,每一顆米飯都散發著香氣。金銀蛋炒波菜苗看起來做法簡單、但要保持著脆度和清爽口感,並不容易。金銀蛋及適量的調味加入會令這菜苗的層次感更加豐富,同時,會凸顯了波菜苗同金銀蛋的原味。但這道菜算不過不失。黃金蝦球的外皮脆口,食起來爽脆,同時口感都細膩。其次,黃金蝦球的內部蝦肉鮮嫩,其口感柔嫩而不老。更為重要的是,鹹蛋黃配合酥脆外皮和蝦肉鮮嫩口感融合一起,既有淡淡的甜味,又帶有咸香味,令人回味。紅燒肉的肉質不錯,脂肪和肉比例,雖則脂肪佔多,但比例恰到好處,肉質嫩滑,口感上,入口即化,唔會有油膩,並散發淡淡肉香。其次,紅燒肉醬汁非常入味,烹調過程中加入了糖,融合了醬汁中的各種香料和調味料,令味道更加融洽,彰顯出獨特的風味,令人回味。

更為重要的是,鹹蛋黃配合酥脆外皮和蝦肉鮮嫩口感融合一起,既有淡淡的甜味,又帶有咸香味,令人回味。


紅燒肉的肉質不錯,脂肪和肉比例,雖則脂肪佔多,但比例恰到好處,肉質嫩滑,口感上,入口即化,唔會有油膩,並散發淡淡肉香。

K11 Musea 內的稻成京川滬,星期日的午市套餐超有水準,性價比相當高!所以星期一帶朋友試試晚餐☺️可能因為期望太大,是有少少失望的!雞絲伴粉皮、稻成王鴿、紫淮山素小炒及酒釀桂花丸子有正常水準,我個人最欣賞的反而是稻成炒飯,用料豐富,炒飯粒粒分明,也不油膩,下次來要encore及試試這裏著名的酸菜魚☺️

K11 Musea 內的稻成京川滬,難得星期日都有午市套餐,挑選了紅燒黑毛豬肉(有六大件及六隻鵪鶉蛋,好入味)、乾燒蝦球(四件超爽口美味的大蝦,醬料少少酸、少少辣、調味非常好,十分開胃)及XO醬爆炒龍躉班片(份量就是晚餐的一碟餸菜那麼多,不會因為是午市套餐而減份量,也美味可口👍)尖沙咀開餐又多一個選擇☺️

呢間餐廳成日都排長龍,上個禮拜咁啱冇乜人,終於有機會試到佢哋嘅酸菜魚😍 條魚好滑而且都有好多舊,建議大家加埋個煙韌薯粉👍🏽 夫妻肺片都好正,啲辣汁仲可以另上!餐廳每個服務員都好有禮貌,最緊要係坐得舒服🤑: 平均每人$200
