Everything here is Hong Kong style Sichuan food, and not spicy AT ALL. The fish tasted ok but couldn't taste the heat (even with extra hot), and doesn't have enough spices. Same with the "spicy" wonton and fried cauliflower, I hate they both contain sweet soy sauce.

下班後不想煮飯,於是又出外用餐了。這間餐廳我算得上經常光顧了,雖然有時會覺得有點少貴,但這裡的環境不錯,而且順路,便也經常光顧了。回鍋肉辣度適中,很好下飯,不過喜歡清淡食物的人就不建議點,因為回鍋肉多油是必然的。小籠包很有鮮味,湯汁也很多,感覺蒸煮時間合適,皮的厚度適中,不會一夾就穿。這味菜叫「恭親王京燒羊腩」,原本以為是羊腩煲,便想點來試試,後來才知道自己吳會了。不怕吃羊的話可以試試,騷味不會很重,味道不錯。這間餐廳價格不算便宜,但在可接受範圍,整體而言是值得間中光顧一下的。

2️⃣油炸鬼 🤤好脆,沾湯食半軟半酥脆,口感好好

3️⃣孜然羊肉 一上桌已經好大陣孜然味,流晒口水🤤,本身以為會好羶味,點知調味得好好 唔羶 食落好香孜然味,而且勁淋身,一咬即化可能因為肥肉比例多啲

4️⃣酥炸骨 好酥脆,肉都係一咬就斷,唔會痴住啲骨 略嫌調味同孜然羊肉有啲似😂

5️⃣上海年糕 以為係上海炒年糕用鼓油個款,點知係類似雪菜肉絲炒年糕...味道一般,有點太痴,食落唔夠調味😕

今日好想食酸菜魚,起東薈城即刻唸起呢間稻成。由於早入座,2個人都安排咗大卡位比我們,坐得十分舒服。酸菜魚無得揀魚,所以二話不說就落單。酸菜魚就食得多,通常都習慣配白飯。但見餐牌推介配油炸鬼,今次就嗌來試下,估唔倒又幾夾。油炸鬼新鮮炸脆卜卜熱呼呼的,放落酸菜魚的湯底一陣,酸辣味道入哂油炸鬼,口感相當好,值得一試。講番酸菜魚,魚片都幾多,仲好滑無骨,我們食到尾都無食到有一條骨,呢點真係要加分,因為很多餐廳刀工唔夠好,或者魚種多骨,都要食得很小心。怕骨的朋友必來試!而且湯底味道剛剛好,酸辣+鮮甜好開胃,酸菜都好食!

嗰日同個同事Farewell,因為唔想又食西餐,結果就揀咗呢間上海嘢我哋喺度睇Menu嘅時候,個侍應就同我哋講,話有個四/五人嘅套餐,好抵食。我記得好似係$888。由於我唔食魚,所以我冇得comment,但我啲同事都話,呢個酸菜魚係名菜,好正喎。不過有啲辣,因為放咗好多辣椒。小籠包熱辣辣囉,我又真係唔覺得佢特別好食。感覺好普通。呢個翡翠苗係偏鹹嘅,食完你會覺得好口渴。而且都偏細碟嘅。但呢個雲吞雞,我就覺得佢太淡喇,好似冇乜味道咁。係就係好足料呀,又大煲(每個人都飲到兩細碗,我哋4個人),花膠都算多,我啲同事就讚不絕口。不過我始終覺得佢淡咗少少。最好味呢,我就係覺得呢個黃金蝦,啖啖肉!蛋黃又唔係好鹹。唯一可惜啲,就係墊住啲蝦嘅雀巢,係唔食得㗎,淋之之,一啲都唔脆╮( ̄▽ ̄"")╭呢間可以再encore,因為佢啲嘢其實係幾平嘅,唔算好貴(喺東涌呢啲地方)。
