今日係旺角行街,肚餓想食烏冬,就諗起‘大門橫丁’,好彩時間早,未到晚飯時間,唔洗等位。平時多數會叫極上牛蕃茄濃湯烏冬,但今日想試冷食,就叫咗冷烏冬試下😋烏冬軟硬適中,但極上牛就略肥,而且冇嘜牛味😐撈埋配料(紅蘿蔔絲、青瓜絲、粟米、蜜糖豆)一齊食,頭幾啖感覺好清新,但下邊d汁就越食越酸🙄,都係配蕃茄濃湯比較好食。蟹子沙律係每次必叫,睇相都見,份量大之餘,蟹子亦好多,每啖放入口,蟹子都會係口腔爆到卜卜聲🤣好鬼正。

一囗豆腐個豆腐炸完又唔會太油膩,而且入邊好滑,點埋個千島醬食好正。燒雞泡魚個人覺得唔夠香口,口感太淋,食一次就夠。燒鳥烏冬烏冬好煙un,不過浸耐左會好淋,所以要趁快食咗佢,個燒雞燒得好脆,仲會有個醬汁甜甜地幾好食。

去到旺角食乜好食乜好,呢個真係多年黎嘅終查問題,係就係多嘢食,但係中得多伏都唔敢再亂試 🤡 除非真係有新嘢又好想試之外,否則穩陣起見都係食返呢間 top 1 心水之諗唔到食乜系列,#蕃茄湯極上牛肉手打烏冬 $78,天氣又準備開始轉涼,次次食完都最笠笠好正,佢地嘅蕃茄湯我都覺得唔錯,好過果間咩師兄先,牛肉嘅質素都係有質素嘅,唔會韌果隻,烏冬黎講就當然係正啦,都冇咩補充,諗唔到食咩都係食呢間,話唔定仲會撞到我順便打我一鑊 🤤 (已經得罪唔少人)-大門橫丁旺角山東街 76 號地下

很久沒有去大門橫丁吃烏冬,今天決定再去光顧。店內的冷氣太凍,我們決定先點菜,我們點了黑蒜油湯底牛肉烏冬,芝士豬頸肉撈烏冬。我們也點了串燒例如燒牛舌,韓風汁燒豬肉,汁燒年糕,芥末醬鐵板魷魚鬚。我們也點了一些雜物例如炸豬扒,炸墨魚咀。黑蒜油湯底牛肉烏冬的烏冬果然不錯,但是牛肉比較太熟,有點鞋口。那個芝士豬頸肉撈烏冬都不錯,但是份量真的非常少,另外我們也在烏冬裏面加了粟米。至於串燒方面,他們燒得比較熟,不會怕有肚痛嘅問題,但特別推介是燒牛舌和韓風汁燒豬肉。芥末醬鐵板燒魷魚鬚,不太像芥末醬汁,但都不錯。關於炸物方面,真的不推介炸墨魚咀,完全不像墨魚咀的口感,沒有那個爽勁,炸粉也比較厚身,不合口味。而炸豬扒OK可以接受。下次也會試試其他撈烏冬系列!值得一提的是,雖然外面有人排隊,但服務員也沒有催促我們趕快離開。

黑蒜油湯底牛肉烏冬的烏冬果然不錯,但是牛肉比較太熟,有點鞋口。
那個芝士豬頸肉撈烏冬都不錯,但是份量真的非常少,另外我們也在烏冬裏面加了粟米。

至於串燒方面,他們燒得比較熟,不會怕有肚痛嘅問題,但特別推介是燒牛舌和韓風汁燒豬肉。芥末醬鐵板燒魷魚鬚,不太像芥末醬汁,但都不錯。

關於炸物方面,真的不推介炸墨魚咀,完全不像墨魚咀的口感,沒有那個爽勁,炸粉也比較厚身,不合口味。
而炸豬扒OK可以接受。

下次也會試試其他撈烏冬系列!


值得一提的是,雖然外面有人排隊,但服務員也沒有催促我們趕快離開。

因為我實在太肚餓喇!!!!!一放工就立即趕住去食完嘢做運動, 但我朋友就話做運動前唔可以食太多嘢所以佢淨係嗌咗個蟹子沙律。佢哋嘅蟹子沙律嘅青瓜 ,係用細青瓜所以可以切到圓形一片片, 裏面係配合咗好多蟹柳肉啦同埋蟹子+ 沙律醬…… 其實同我叫一碗烏冬一樣咁肥我自己就好鍾意食蕃茄嘅所以我一定會揀蕃茄湯烏冬, 有一番茄湯呢都算好囉蕃茄味同埋舊結身,正!!啲湯入面配合埋幾條荷蘭豆,一堆粟米, 兩片日本魚蛋, 仲有蕃茄。 每次我叫蕃茄湯都差唔多會畀我飲曬~~~~而吉列豬扒都好大塊同好惹味, 呢個烏冬大約都係80蚊超抵食!!!!!!

我自己就好鍾意食蕃茄嘅所以我一定會揀蕃茄湯烏冬, 有一番茄湯呢都算好囉蕃茄味同埋舊結身,正!!
啲湯入面配合埋幾條荷蘭豆,一堆粟米, 兩片日本魚蛋, 仲有蕃茄。 每次我叫蕃茄湯都差唔多會畀我飲曬~~~~

而吉列豬扒都好大塊同好惹味, 呢個烏冬大約都係80蚊超抵食!!!!!!

夜遊旺角,宵夜時段附近都無咩嘢食,周圍行吓就選擇左呢間專食烏冬嘅餐廳。餐廳主打手打烏冬,所以一人叫咗一個試吓。辛辣蕃茄湯叉燒手打烏冬嘅湯底都幾濃,而且烏冬淋得來亦保持彈牙,主角叉燒有驚喜,好嫩,肥瘦啱啱好,值得一試。另一個烏冬係極上牛肉冷手打烏冬,首先個汁太酸,蓋過咗食材嘅味道。牛肉同其他配菜都一般般,同叉燒烏冬相比,遜色不少。見到餐牌話宵夜時段嘅燒物有特價,一於試吓佢。呢個特式燒茄子好惹味,醃料好足,十分美味,茄子肉亦燒得啱啱好。呢個汁燒魷魚筒係今晚焦點!魷魚好大條,足夠兩個人食。佢地搽上特別既醬汁來燒,亦燒得啱啱好,爽口多汁,下次會再叫!呢個鹽燒萵筍就不過不失,冇咩特別。
