同朋友去尖沙嘴到打邊爐,呢度好似係新開冇幾耐既,裝修都整得幾靚。呢度既湯底有好多選擇,我既朋友超鐘意黑松露,所以我地就揀左野菌黑松露湯鍋。成個湯底有好多唔同既菇菌,散發住香濃既黑松露味道。自己調較既醬汁。火鍋料方面,我地就揀左豬八戒拼盤,入面有好豐富既材料,包括豬肉同埋唔同既豬內臟例如係豬肺、豬肚、粉腸同豬下青等,可以試哂咁多樣野,正!朋友作為黑松露既粉絲,叫完黑松露湯底都未夠,我地仲叫左黑松露帶子餃,全部都係黑松露,哈哈!仲有白菜仔同埋烏冬。

今晚突然想打邊爐,於是查下睇下有無咩好介紹,見尖沙咀有間大一海鮮火鍋料理好似唔錯,於是就黎試一試。餐廳位置好方便,地鐵一出5分鐘左右就到,3樓全層,裝修好清雅舒適,無論係兩仨好友或者一大班朋友聚會都好合適😊仲有房添,好有私隱度👍海皇波士頓龍蝦鍋$299有一隻手掌大小的龍蝦,4隻青口,一條大大條甜粟米,同埋兩隻蕃茄,加咗少少蔥同薑一齊去淆既湯底,十分鮮甜🤤頂級新鮮手切本地肥牛-脊位(細)$188牛肉肥瘦分佈好均勻,薄切肥牛,擺落火鍋到十秒左右已食得。食得出好新鮮,有牛味及肉質鮮美😋日式鵝肝墨魚丸(半份4粒)$78不得不說呢個真心超級好食🥰墨丸爽口彈牙,連埋入邊既鵝肝,十分正👍麻辣餃(半份4隻)$38餃皮薄而且好滑,就咁聞已經有少少麻辣香味,食落去就唔算好辣,都幾特別芝味響鈴(半份4條)$38普通響鈴,無太大既特別之處🙈粟米鬚薏米水(一瓶)$39相對徧甜,但可以止辣🤣🤣🤣總括黎講呢度無論廿食物質素,環境同服務都好唔錯,無黎錯🥰

我好鍾意打邊爐, 質素同性價比都高, 坐得又舒服, 其實咩天氣都好適合打邊壚, 橫掂都係開住冷氣……湯底實在有太多選擇, 本來想要鴛鴦鍋, 點知出奇哋唔係麻辣配清湯, 而係沙嗲配清湯, 咁同行超級揀飲擇食既友人又唔 like 沙嗲 (其實佢好多嘢都唔 like), 所以都係揀個穩陣既香茜皮蛋鍋 ($109)…堅多料, 勁香! 除左一大堆香茜同皮蛋外, 仲有粟米同豆腐! 黑松露帶子餃 $68 ~ 好足料, 睇得見有大大粒帶子, 濃濃松露香, 老闆話即叫即包所以好新鮮, 超讚! 日式蟹膏豬肉丸 $58 ~ 成個乒乓波咁大粒, 內裡包蟹膏, 超鮮甜濃濃蟹味, 豬肉爽口彈牙有豬肉味, 估唔到呢2樣嘢咁夾!  鮮打海蝦丸 $58 ~ 爽口彈牙, 完完全全無雪味, 一樣成個乒乓波咁大粒, 係真正的蝦丸! 美國雪花霜降肥牛片 $108 ~ 同行嗰條友基本上都唔知有冇食到3片, 成碟我食晒…好彩肥瘦均勻, 入口即溶, 牛味當然無安格斯咁濃啦, 不過於我剛剛好! 炸午餐肉 $38 ~ 厚切午餐肉再炸, 因為唔係 cheap cheap 午餐肉, 所以就咁食已經好好食…喺等個湯滾既時候我哋已經將佢食晒….
