胡椒三星蔥肉包(共三個)有啲類似生煎包,需要趁熱食用的口感,內裏好濃郁嘅黑胡椒味道,但係唔會好辣。姜母黑麻油雞湯一煲大概有四碗雞湯左右,雞肉占了1/3、仲有一啲藥材味道、果然真的好真材實料。女生養生良物,保身及暖宮。雖然入口有啲辣,但係非常適合冬天飲用。滿滿骨膠原豬手豬手肉厚味道濃,但係唔會太鹹。口感軟濡,滿口骨膠原蛋白,一定要趁熱食用滷肉飯據說米都是源自台灣的,口感好,唔會太硬,滷肉肥瘦均勻。時令水果茶&黑糖珍珠奶蓋水果茶都係選用新鮮水果,茶底清純有啲茉香味黑糖珍珠奶蓋偏向奶味較濃。

草莓優格米水一端上來餐枱上就已經好香草莓味,食落去唔會好甜,有啲酸酸地,几好。

今日係銅鑼灣食咗個高級台灣菜,餐廳位置方便,新裝修,空間大,坐得舒服。薑母麻油燉雞湯($95),上枱只得半盅有點嬲嬲,不過兩個人又夠飲喎。清甜夠薑。滿滿骨膠原豬手($98),真是骨膠原爆棚,夠腍又不會漿口。滷肉白梗米飯($32),白梗米即是蓬萊米,外觀圓圓短短。正所謂一樣米養百養人,我覺得Q彈有嚼勁,好喜歡;同行的朋友卻覺得太硬,要撈多些豬手汁才吃到。蜂蜜白苦瓜汁($42),知道白苦瓜清熱降血糖,今次是第一次試。第一啖甘甘地,之後只覺清涼清甜。紅棗杞子桂圓米水($35),米水本身已有健脾養胃功效,加埋紅棗桂圓更有營養,甜甜地,幾好味,食完記得食埋幾粒龍眼肉,好甜好有龍眼味。桂圓紅棗杞子芋圓湯丸($45),又係桂圓,不過今次是龍眼乾,一樣好食,比那普通芝麻湯丸更好吃。

希望餐廳能夠繼續保持水準。最後是服務質素不太差;只是最後一次是平日lunch時間,店面比較忙,有點小甩漏,但服務員們的有禮貌態度,我個人覺得可以算吧!

一行人滿心歡喜想食個lunch,但我地張枱等左43分鐘先有野食,其他遲黎過我地嘅客食完一枱又一枱,等左30分鐘後問左經理幾次,第1次,唔應人走左去,第2次,好唔耐煩咁話整緊,第3次,因為唔耐煩咁覆我地隻鵝切緊我黑人問號???人地枱隻鵝唔洗切嘅?一句唔好意思都無講過,所以錯嘅係我地?最後終於有一碟可以上菜,然後我哋當然順便追問仲有其他要幾耐?(我地全程態度都好有禮貌),佢竟然拎住碟餸問我:「咁你要唔要食住先?」到餸菜上晒枱後,Are you serious??? 成碟好似廚餘咁,我畀百幾蚊就係畀垃圾我食?
