今日公眾假期放假,黎到大埔區搵食。睇Openrice見到呢間拉麵店有唔少好評,一於試一下。7點幾黎到,唔使等位就有位。呢間餐廳最大特色,就係可以加20蚊,無限追加叉燒,拉麵同配料,好似放題食到飽。但因為公眾假期/週末,未有提供優惠。最後叫左2碗拉麵,1碗係墨魚汁拉麵,配豚腩叉燒,另1碗係豚骨拉麵,配豚肩叉燒。先試一啖豚骨湯,豬骨味濃,粗曲麵麵質煙韌,叉燒都唔錯。再試下墨魚汁湯底,味道偏鹹。加湯溝淡後,但味道都係差唔多。雖然店員建議我改叫另一款湯底拉麵,但最後食埋幾啖就冇再叫。不過都好欣賞店員既細心服務。下次都會再黎,試下新推出既黑蒜油湯底同埋最重要既------>>>>>無限追加,食到飽!!!!

5月24日一田第一日大減價,專程約好友到大埔吃飯再激戰,為免人多擠迫,選擇距離大埔超級城食一個快飯。第一次食呢間拉麵店,7 點半去到都仲有位唔洗等,職員仲好好咁俾個籃我放袋。我地一人叫左一個拉麵同一個小食。入到拉麵店發現裝修格局都幾日式,有好多特式飲品,都幾特別。我地每人叫左一個拉麵,兩個都係平時好少有得食。北海道3.6牛乳拉麵見到白色湯底就好開心,牛奶味十足,平時食拉麵最怕係太濃,湯太“結”,食完會好口渴,但呢個湯底適中,好有日本拉麵店既感覺。配上軟硬度適中既粗曲麵,肥瘦剛好既豚肩叉燒,仲有半隻流心蛋,非常好。我仲加多左一個小食,鹽燒鯖魚,燒得剛剛好,配上醬汁味道更好。朋友話佢既櫻花蝦味噌拉麵都不錯,但我對蝦敏感就沒有試。賣單2百幾都唔算貴, 比石門某拉麵店平同好食, 選擇更多

佛誕呢日,係附近游完水之後係呢邊搵食,一連好多間食肆,最後選定左唔洗排隊既達摩。好少去呢邊食野,我諗餐廳都算新,但坐位有少少窄,好彩店員有提供置物籃,唔洗抱住個手袋食Menu有4張,小食飲品種類幾多,仲有啤酒拉麵既湯底都幾多選擇,除左常見既味噌、豚骨、醬油,仲有喇沙、咖哩、墨魚汁湯底,幾特別我就叫左黑蒜油拉麵,麵係幼麵,叉燒都幾大塊,但個湯底有D怪味,最終食唔晒既媽咪揀左豬骨湯底,其他野都係一樣,佢話唔好食另外叫左個小食,吉列豬排,一夾起炸皮同舊肉係分開既,都唔知幾多年冇食過D咁既炸物我唔知呢間拉麵店係target 咩客,如果係學生,價錢未免set 得太貴,以呢個價錢呢個質素,我都係食返一X堂啦

星期四非常口痕想食碗拉麵,放工就去同佢搵拉麵店發現呢間食店~係門面夠晒光猛有大量射燈所以遠處就已經見到呢間拉麵店。一坐低店員就好細心俾個籃子我放喺個椅子下面裝自己嘅隨身行李。店員仲會好細心時不時會添加水。而枱面同埋啲餐具都係非常之乾淨衛生,但如果可以添加紙巾就更好了。而內在裝修亦充滿着日本風,可以比大家影吓相。叫左正宗嘅豬骨湯拉麵🍜不過今次就冇食到叉燒🤣反而係食豬軟骨,豬軟骨夠晒冧唔怕會咬唔到,啲豬骨湯都煲得非常之香滑,鹹甜適中。食熱辣辣嘅面拉麵配埋佢嘅梳打飲品就非常完美啦。
