同樣住在觀塘的好朋友剛升職,決定要跟她慶祝一下。上網找在觀塘附近,又要坐得舒服的餐廳,見這間環境不錯,即刻試一下。有圖有真相~ 的確好寬敞~ 座椅有扶手又夠大,舒服~我們叫了兩份set dinners先來餐湯:西蘭花湯,ok滑又夠熱餐飽醋味不錯,飽暖暖的,夠鬆軟,始終不是外國人,不喜歡硬邦邦的麵包前菜一:黑松露義大利雲吞,果然是餐廳招牌,皮薄餡靚,賣相又好主菜二:廚師沙律,Ok 啦,是較日式的味道,有少少芝麻,香!主菜一:西班牙黑毛豬鞍配黑松露汁,醃得很入味!邊位有一點點的肥,配菜有紫薯蓉,加分!主菜二:法式慢煮油封鴨脾,挺正宗的,油香,皮脆,肉嫩!甜品是餐廳的士多啤梨慕斯,想不到樣子平凡,士多啤梨味很重,質地滑溜,挺好!最後來了一杯桂花茶,清一清油膩感,拿著慢慢和朋友聊一聊。Happy Tuesday

朋友聚餐,搵左觀塘,貪晚上唔會好似點傳統旺區又多人又吵鬧。其實觀塘都超多野食,今次上網搵左間以鹿為裝修的餐廳,叫鹿湖小館交通都好方便,港鐵觀塘站行幾分鐘就到,雖然所在的工廠大廈都幾殘舊,不過入到餐廳卻是另一個天地,地方寬敞乾淨,光線柔和舒服,小鹿都幾逼真,增添幾分大自然的味道。麵包:少少結實的口感,卻又淋身,加義大利橄欖油黑醋好好味。黑松露義大利雲吞:雲吞滑口卻有咬口,黑松露令整體味道更上一層樓,好味的前菜。蘑菇湯沒有粗粒,柔順滑口,清清香香的味道。秘制虎蝦天使面:大大只虎蝦壓頂好有氣勢,蝦肉結實彈牙,味道鮮香。天使面軟身,秘制應該是醬汁,少少辣的來卻非常香口,令天使面非常惹味。鹿兒島A3和牛:味道清香,唔算濃烈,廚師把握的很好,肉質好嫰滑,配上健康的新鮮沙律菜,蒸熟的紫薯,健康美味。菠斯貓:鳳梨西柚soda, 清清香香的味道,少少的甜味,好清口的感覺。

交通都好方便,港鐵觀塘站行幾分鐘就到,
雖然所在的工廠大廈都幾殘舊,不過入到餐廳卻是另一個天地,

在觀塘有數之不盡的樓上西餐廳,能突圍而出的一定有其原因,上網看到Deer Kitchen好評不斷,故今天來嚐一嚐。 餐廳裝潢以鹿為主題,有不同的鹿擺設今天和女友用膳,所以不用點太多,只叫了一個Set Dinner及單點一份黑松露意大利雲吞。廚師沙津多種新鮮沙津菜配撘,伴以黑醋,入口輕怡,口味酸甜,正好開胃麵包餐湯麵包一上桌立馬傳來陣陣香草味,一咬煙韌有嚼勁。南瓜湯幼滑香甜,舉勺淺嚐,先暖了脾胃。黑松露意大利雲吞手工意大利雲吞包入香濃黑松露作餡料,佐以忌廉汁享用,將香軟的意大利雲吞及炸得酥脆的雲吞皮一同入口,質感豐盛,滿口都是松露幽香。紐西蘭慢煮牛柳拼香煎砵酒鵝肝牛柳沒油脂但卻非常幼嫩,輕輕一嚼,牛肉香味立即在嘴中漫延,而鵝肝外脆內軟,咬牙一嘗甘香十足,再配特製的砵酒汁,可以去除鵝肝的油膩感。草莓奶凍濃郁的奶香加上清新草莓果味,正好為這一餐寫上句號。

凍左幾日,終於開始暖返點,即刻約左朋友出街食下野,book左呢間Deerkitchen觀塘地鐵站穿過APM, 行幾分鐘,好方便。在舊工廠大廈的一樓,走廊舊卻都乾淨,餐廳裝修簡單,干淨整齊,唔算大間,桌位都幾闊落,要左個dinner set  餐前麵包都幾香,沾少少黑醋味道更佳。蘑菇湯沒有那種濃烈的菇香味,反而是那種淡淡的香菇的清香味。沙律:沙律菜相當新鮮,義大利黑醋味道出眾,健康好味道法式慢煮油封鴨脾:鴨脾外皮稍稍焦,香味濃郁,肉質少少過熟,不過口感OK,沒有鞋口之感。配菜都是好新鮮的沙律菜,特別喜歡用新鮮紫薯,飽肚健康又好味。散叫加了個四重芝士番茄薄餅:薄餅真的幾薄,非常脆口,芝士味唔會太濃,食得出番茄好新鮮,層次分明,味道融合,又有口感,值得一試。抹茶鮮奶咖啡:比例分配的相當好, 抹茶的清香味,咖啡的濃香味,加上剛好的鮮奶,又香又滑又順口。

每次出到觀塘,都會煩惱去邊到食,因為樓上CAFE選擇太多,反而不知選擇那間好。今次來到巧明街,看到有樓上CAFE,就決定食呢間。好快看了 Menu,叫了dinner set。先來一個忌廉湯和餐飽,餐飽柔軟之餘,還有熱乎乎感,很溫暖空虛的胃。忌廉湯夠濃,也夠滑,而且夠料,不會覺得很稀,自己飲完幾滿足。前菜,黑魚子蟹肉多士。烤得多士夠脆,還有黑魚子和蟹肉,還有微熱感,都不錯的。主餐就是它。火焰西班牙杜洛克黑毛豬肋骨 $290一來就即場有火焰,微微即場燒過,令到整個豬肋骨更為香脆。因為豬肋骨關係,肉並不算多,但它肉質都頗鮮嫩,不會鞋口,而豬肋骨下面也有一些薯格,整體都不錯。甜品就是木糠布甸,食下去幾滑,甜甜的,很快就食光了。

觀塘工廈的餐廳果然很有特色,餐廳是以鹿為主題,裏面有很多鹿的擺設幸好有訂座,所以被安排到角落雅座方便跟友人聊天餐廳食物的選擇很多,有set dinner或二人套餐這個多士上的蟹肉是冷的,再加上一粒粒的黑松露,配以香脆多士,非常美味沙拉都很新鮮這個是餐廳自家制的,黑松露味道甚濃栗米湯質感不錯,而且有不少栗米粒在裏面豬很厚身,咬下去很多汁,而且上面有些小小的蘋果粒,大家互相輝映三文魚也是很厚,上面有一大塊芝士,非常惹味慕絲mocha味濃,如份量再多便更好了

價錢跟有名的西餐廳差不多,但味道跟氣氛就差好遠了。牛排乾,一點都不嫰,完全沒有牛味。
限量的豬肋骨加了火焰的效果,但這令到豬肋骨有酒精味,好奇怪。
甜品學了很久,cream都硬了。好難吃
