To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我們幾人叫了兩個二人餐,分別自選了不同的食品。好多的食物呢~ 每個餐都配有兩豌湯,兩客主食,兩杯飲品和兩客甜品~都擺滿一枱了~
主食方面我們叫了四款不同的食物, 大家Share一起吃
- 吞拿魚碎蛋多士, 這個好食!!雖然份量不是很大,但味道真的很好!!!
- 南瓜扁意粉,香濃的南瓜味,真材實料!
- 香草白汁芝士火腿意粉,好食!白汁與芝士永遠是皇道~
甜品方面我們叫了蛋糕配雪糕, 芝士焗薯容, 貝殼蛋糕和藍梅芝士餅
我只能說,甜品每一樣都好出色好好味!!!!
意粉煙韌，白汁雖然偏咸但可接受，伴碟嘅有兩件蕃茄，兩條幼蘆筍，一棵火箭菜，新鮮爽脆，可惜鋪面嘅三文魚，份量雖然唔少，但質地好梅，好似冰完再解凍！而且實在太咸，好似食緊咸魚，連肥髀都話好咸
忌廉磨菇湯，好滑，但仲有少少碎磨菇響入面，幾好味！可惜伴碟嘅蒜茸包，完全焗到乾硬，成塊石頭咁！浸湯都無用，寧願比個普通麵包我！
士多啤梨撻，士多啤梨新鮮，底下嘅吉士醬，幾甜，連埋士多啤梨，酸酸甜甜，幾好！但個撻底淋咗，一掂爛晒，唯一失色！
