今晚去旺角花園街買揮春,想食點心,就去左先達隔離呢間點點心。店入面d裝修幾靚。餐紙上已經介紹曬必吃推介。順住推介一個一個叫!首先蝦餃燒賣唔少得,兩者都算係中規中矩,燒賣無乜肥豬肉,不過覺得好淡味。至於蝦餃個皮蒸得啱啱好。入面的蝦都算彈牙。豬仔包其實係奶黃包,做到豬頭的樣,食落去其實和奶黃包沒有分別的。呢個炸兩朋友話想吃,d油炸鬼都算脆,d腸粉都幾滑,算係唔錯。不過我個人口味唔太喜歡炸兩。鹹水角好脆,入面d餡料都好飽滿,唔會好似其他店咁空心的感覺。我唔記得拍照,因為吃鹹水角對手太油了。最後來個全家福,今日好滿足。

好耐冇去飲夜茶,喺先達有間點點心坐得舒服而味道不錯,叫咗一個飯和五個點心,人均$105 臘腸滑雞籠仔蒸飯,份量都唔少,不過唔太覺荷葉味,入面如臘腸和雞都幾足料,雞幾滑身,不過飯就偏濕,2人食夠食有餘蟹籽燒賣皇,不太多肥膏抵讚,入面豬肉味道剛好又夠新鮮金沙肥豬仔流沙包造形得意,流沙感重幾好味,包都軟熟野菇菌菜苗餃,夠薄皮,足料幾香菇味翠肉瓜义燒腸,腸粉好滑身,不過义燒同翠肉瓜比較少桃膠燉原隻雪梨是我比較失望,沒想到感覺有點話梅味,沒有了雪梨的清甜香,而且梅味是我不喜歡所以食少少就沒有吃 如果想飲茶就要另外比錢,我哋就只飲一杯檸檬茶(套餐加$3)再加飲熱水,這裡整體都好乾淨,待應都快手,而且不用加一加分

約左朋友去旺角,諗住搵啲可以慢慢坐無限時又可以傾下計既舖頭,加上大家平時都約開都食中菜多,佢地亦都黎過呢間,所以佢地推薦完就決定揀試下👍🏻。平日去到6點幾,得1、2枱人所以坐咩位任揀😂。4人枱都算大,唔會手肘撞手肘。點心就好大路,基本上同平時酒樓啲點心都無咩分別。都係叫蝦餃、燒賣、馬拉糕、腸粉呢啲。奶黃包通常每間酒樓都差幾遠,但呢間算唔錯,流心既奶黃,包亦都唔厚,造型都可愛🐷。鳳爪排骨飯🍚都幾大籠,都算多肉。坐左都最少2個鐘先走🙈,不過餐廳當時都唔算多人,toilet🚽都乾淨,下次可以encore同屋企人去飲個茶🍵。

點心就好大路,基本上同平時酒樓啲點心都無咩分別。都係叫蝦餃、燒賣、馬拉糕、腸粉呢啲。

奶黃包通常每間酒樓都差幾遠,但呢間算唔錯,流心既奶黃,包亦都唔厚,造型都可愛🐷。鳳爪排骨飯🍚都幾大籠,都算多肉。

坐左都最少2個鐘先走🙈,不過餐廳當時都唔算多人,toilet🚽都乾淨,下次可以encore同屋企人去飲個茶🍵。

自從屋企鄰近開咗間點心店,點心平令正,自此之後都好少去其他酒樓點心店幫襯,今次因為晨咁早要落老旺 City Bank,所以幫襯旺記D點心店。上網睇睇,最近嘅點心店係點點心,於是乎去睇吓咩環境!去到見餐廳唔算多人,最重要係有個冷氣位,於是馬上坐底,睇餐牌,落單!打開 menu,第一個感覺當然係價錢比較貴,明白明白..... 旺角鋪租貴嘛.......點咗六款點心,香草鮮蝦餃,蟹籽燒賣皇,蟹肉小籠包,四寶雞扎,叉燒腸同流沙包.一向對蝦餃有四點要求,皮薄,夾起時皮無穿,蝦肉新鮮彈牙,餡料有竹筍粒. 頭三關無問題,無竹筍就好正常,因為大部份蝦餃都無竹筍,可能好多客人受唔到竹筍吧,另外有個問題,蝦餃加上香草,望上去同平時白色晶瑩通透嘅蝦餃感覺上.....有點.....污污糟糟,口感味道無影響,只係視覺上扣分。燒賣皇嘅豬肉餡料夠細緻,入口唔係舊舊硬豬肉,口感似蝦滑。蟹肉小籠包食唔出蟹味,而且唔夠爆汁但餡料尚算足夠。四寶雞扎包上雞肉,蟹柳,芋頭同厚冬菇,厚冬菇夠冧,芋頭亦蒸至鬆軟,個人口味情願包火腿魚肚淮山都好過用蟹柳。叉燒腸外表夠滑只係份量少咗D。流沙包整到成個豬頭外形極趣緻,但一定要攤凍先食!

上網睇睇,最近嘅點心店係點點心,於是乎去睇吓咩環境!

打開 menu,第一個感覺當然係價錢比較貴,明白明白..... 旺角鋪租貴嘛.......

點咗六款點心,香草鮮蝦餃,蟹籽燒賣皇,蟹肉小籠包,四寶雞扎,叉燒腸同流沙包.

一向對蝦餃有四點要求,皮薄,夾起時皮無穿,蝦肉新鮮彈牙,餡料有竹筍粒. 頭三關無問題,無竹筍就好正常,因為大部份蝦餃都無竹筍,可能好多客人受唔到竹筍吧,另外有個問題,蝦餃加上香草,望上去同平時白色晶瑩通透嘅蝦餃感覺上.....有點.....污污糟糟,口感味道無影響,只係視覺上扣分。

燒賣皇嘅豬肉餡料夠細緻,入口唔係舊舊硬豬肉,口感似蝦滑。

蟹肉小籠包食唔出蟹味,而且唔夠爆汁但餡料尚算足夠。

四寶雞扎包上雞肉,蟹柳,芋頭同厚冬菇,厚冬菇夠冧,芋頭亦蒸至鬆軟,個人口味情願包火腿魚肚淮山都好過用蟹柳。

叉燒腸外表夠滑只係份量少咗D。

流沙包整到成個豬頭外形極趣緻,但一定要攤凍先食! 因為內餡超熱極辣咀,餡料無咩"沙"嘅口感但一定有"流"嘅感覺。

最想點糯米雞,但餐廳無提供。

我份人比較傳統(即係古板囉!),飲茶總係覺得要放D茶葉落個茶壺先有飲茶 feel,點點心只提供茶包,唉....... 我情願唔飲算了.........

相比起家裡樓下點心土瓜灣壹點甜,口味同質素相差唔太大,雖然價錢貴咗D但感覺值得嘅....
