點心到,上次黎食過點心覺得很不錯,今日黎食夜晚。。晚市以小炒,海鮮為主,選擇都多。乾炒肥牛腸粉,大大力推介!炒得好有鑊氣,豬腸粉煎到好香口,牛肉大大件,配上芽菜,香蔥,洋蔥,好惹味。冰鎮咕嚕肉,咕嚕肉放上冰上,咕嚕肉炸到岩岩好,不厚粉,外皮沾上醬汁後,仍能保持少許脆身,醬汁酸酸甜甜,好開胃。另外,菠蘿食得出係新鮮,不是罐頭菠蘿。麻辣雞煲!如果一個人想食麻辣雞煲,可以嚟呢度食,份量多,雞煲充滿麻香,配上白飯就啱晒!榴連甜品

之前都有唔少人介紹我去點心到,今日下午我就去左食點心到。去到見到都有唔少人排隊。座位好闊落,食左好多野都好好味。😋我覺得黑金流沙包最好食。食左一細啖,好多奶黃已經流左出嚟,好正! 我食緊上面嘅時候,下邊穿左個窿,喺下面流曬D奶黃🤣連隻碗入邊嘅奶黃都唔放過。🤭腸粉都好好味。D腸粉好滑,再加埋麻醬同甜醬更加好味。我食左好多條腸粉🤭🤭仲有乾炒牛河,D牛肉好入味,食左一片牛肉就停唔到口!下次再去,要食多幾個奶黃包先得😋

今晚再去幫襯食晚飯,叫了一盅杏汁燉白肺湯,盅湯上到枱我已經覺得不對勁,我未見過杏汁燉白肺湯是這樣顏色的(見圖),但我都嘗試去喝一湯匙,完全沒有杏汁味道,味道與一般的豬骨湯類似,我再用湯匙撈起湯渣看看,居然發現真是有豬骨的(見圖),我第一次飲這個湯是有豬骨的,還有一嚿豬肺是黑色的,我建議:好心位煲湯的師父唔夠料子就唔好主理煲湯啦!並且建議這位煲湯師父到“太興”幫襯一下怎樣才是正式的“杏汁燉白肺湯”!還有落單的老女伙記態度也要改善。

見食評講到咁好就諗住去睇戲🍿前食個中午飯。今日星期日11:30去到見門口排左應該有10個人左右,咁照排啦,點知望入去基本上好多係吉枱,起碼3張5~6人枱及4人卡位,應該客人走左完全沒有人去執枱,起碼企左超過15分鐘見依然係無人得閒去理啲枱😩好啦,後來終於有人去清理,跟住就好快入得去(即係話基本上唔應該企係街又熱又焗等咁耐🥲)入到去好彩未坐低,今日白衫呀😖張櫈同櫈🪑背係濕既,抹完坐低到洗杯同碗,勁油膩搵茶洗幾次再抹先得,枱面地下勁污糟😖到講食物~鮑汁鳳爪ok係最好食既☑️~燒賣可以2粒咁叫,正常無咩特別唔好食☑️~蝦腸好食,皮薄唔厚夠滑☑️~山竹牛肉完全無味,咬落較實真係無味道❌~煎蘿蔔糕上枱時表面較濕,唔似岩岩煎完有水氣,食落又係一啲味都無❌總括來講唔會有下一次人手嚴重不足,客人企門口白等環境食具污糟,幾好食都唔好囉食物真心未至於會再返轉頭再食

見食評講到咁好就諗住去睇戲🍿前食個中午飯。今日星期日11:30去到見門口排左應該有10個人左右,咁照排啦,點知望入去基本上好多係吉枱,起碼3張5~6人枱及4人卡位,應該客人走左完全沒有人去執枱,起碼企左超過15分鐘見依然係無人得閒去理啲枱😩
好啦,後來終於有人去清理,跟住就好快入得去(即係話基本上唔應該企係街又熱又焗等咁耐🥲)入到去好彩未坐低,今日白衫呀😖張櫈同櫈🪑背係濕既,抹完坐低到洗杯同碗,勁油膩搵茶洗幾次再抹先得,枱面地下勁污糟😖

~燒賣可以2粒咁叫,正常無咩特別唔好食☑️
~蝦腸好食,皮薄唔厚夠滑☑️
~山竹牛肉完全無味,咬落較實真係無味道❌
