今天有較充裕的時間吃午餐,和同事到金雞廣場飲茶吃點心。燒汁釀虎皮椒鯪魚肉漲卜卜的釀在虎皮椒裡,虎皮椒有點微微辣,但又沒有尖椒那樣刺激😋黑金流沙包賣相很漂亮,內裡的奶皇非常流心,包比一般的流心包小點。可以一整個放進嘴裡,盡情享受爆漿奶皇包的滋味,不過要放涼一點才可這樣吃,不然會燙口呢黑松露菜苗餃滿滿的蝦膠餡,叫它做蝦餃也不為過,加了黑松露提升了餃的香味。四寶滑雞紮雞紮是我吃點心的必點item,無論裡面放了火腿、冬菇還是芋頭,我通通都愛吃。今次是蟹柳,魚肚、雞肉,包在腐皮內一樣滋味。濃湯鮮竹卷一餐肉有兩款點心有腐竹,可想而知對腐竹的喜愛程度有多高!這個鮮竹卷以濃湯浸著,不會像一般的腐竹卷般油淋淋,吃起來清新而低罪惡感。內裡的餡料有點像粉果的餡料,金沙脆皮銀蘿腸這個非常有驚喜!之前在別的點心店吃過脆皮蘿蔔腸,已經很喜歡,有點像炸腸一樣;今次這個內裡還有一條條蘿蔔絲,吃到又軟又脆的腸粉外,還吃到蘿蔔絲的清甜,相當不錯。
