路過見佢職員制服大大隻字寫蟹粉小籠包,心唸呢個應該係招牌菜,之後入去叫咗幾樣嘢食,結果如下,蟹粉小籠包完全無蟹粉,高湯小籠包即係一般酒樓食到嘅小籠包,個皮完全唔得,又厚又硬,𥚃面d肉粉多過肉。我見佢𥚃面一箱箱,d食材應該係囉貨返黎,唔係自己整。我忍唔住問下個職員蟹粉小籠包係咪佢地招牌嘢,順手睇下會唔會有機會攪錯咗,佢話係招牌菜,我話完全無蟹粉喎,佢話包子上面有蟹子,我話咁應該叫蟹子小籠包囉,佢話會同老闆反應下就行開咗。我亦唔係想為難佢,所以我無再講嘢了。如果呢個quality價錢係一半我會接受,但呢個價做d咁差嘅質量就完全唔掂

We always order lunch from here. We have favourites and we’ll always order the same things. Food quality’s consistency varies from time to time so you might get lucky one day it’s really good, other days not so. Their delivery service is good, always on time and the wait is not too long. 一直都找好吃的小籠湯包,直至找到它,我的尋找小籠包的旅程就暫告一段落。雖然晏晝已經食飽飽,但曾經search 過呢邊有間好出色既小籠包,點飽都要試一試!當上到檯既時候,我對眼係發左光,一來係個size ,二來係佢薄薄既皮包住好多湯,好似就黎瀉出黎咁❤️😍第一時間緊係唔加醋,直接試下佢既鮮味啦!第一口好似清湯咁,但都好鮮甜,好清。一啖既湯簡直唔夠喉,再成雙食埋,係可以用齒頰留香黎形容😌真係無誇張😂尋找隱世一絕好味小籠包之旅,可以告一段落,完結。

身在蘇豪區,不一定來買醉。原來也有價錢合理的點心餐廳,是次就與友人來吃點心。蝦餸、黑松露燒賣、素菜餃、春卷以及芒果糯米糍成就了這碟點心拼盤。食味偏淡,其中最有印象的是用蛋白及蝦做成的賽磅蟹春卷,炸物中都算清新。其餘的則不過不失,不太差的。點心都是小巧玲瓏,一口一件,適合想淺嚐不同款式的食客。炸蝦角有鵝肝,焉能錯過。一客有四隻,拍照前友人已搶先偷食了一隻。蝦肉餡是爽的,但就只食到蝦味,說好的鵝肝呢?完全不著痕跡,可能是有的,無奈小人怎也吃不出來。鼎點焗叉燒包乃雪山叉燒包是也。上枱時還是熱騰騰的,雪山皮又脆又香,而餡亦不少,肉質鬆軟,混著叉燒醬,很窩心很滋味。如果在附近酒吧喝得酩酊大醉的話,來吃這裡的點心相信可以一解宿醉。

我們點了幾個常吃的點心。第一個是賽螃蟹春卷($30)。上來的春卷已經剪好兩半,裡面看得到蟹肉。這春卷炸得蠻脆,可惜的是實在太油膩,肉眼都能看到有光閃閃。味道還可以,但吃一個就已經飽了,感覺很油,我們吃了兩小塊就放棄了。

第二個是米網齋春卷($28)。對我家有個愛吃春卷人一枚,所以每次飲茶春卷絕對不能少。這個春卷同樣也是超級油,碟子上剩下的油是我平常煮菜用的份量,吃起來是在太油膩,吃一口放棄。

下一道是蒸排骨($28)。排骨上來豬肉還是粉紅色,請店員給廚師再蒸熟一點但是過了一陣子拿來還是粉紅色。店員說豬肉是這樣的,其實店裡不是用新鮮豬肉而是用了冷凍豬肉蒸所以還是粉紅色我不介意,應該是熟了啦。可是豬肉拿到嘴邊想吃的時候一股很重的豬騷味就真的很倒胃口。吃起來豬騷味更濃,平時我最喜歡的蒸排骨也只是吃了兩粒就吃不下去了(哭)。

這家餐廳的價錢雖然在Soho區來說算是便宜,但是以這個價錢我寧願選擇另一家米其林星的平價點心。我真心覺得如果這是一家很多旅客來的餐廳,應該在食物質量味道上面多多改進,讓旅客能留下個好印象而不是做別人一次生意那種的餐廳模式吧。

飲茶をで1プレート提供してるとの事を本で知りひとり旅なのでとても画期的と思い行きました。店の外観を画像で知らないと通りすぎるような細い道に面しています。ぶっきらぼうな店員はお国柄しょうがないかもしれませんが、狭い店内で6人もいる学生風の男女のスタッフが、休憩中なこともあってテーブルでまかないを食べながらラジオを聴きつつ歌って騒いでと遊びに来てるかのようでした。厨房には年配の料理人も2名いて、なぜこんなに多く雇うかも謎でしたし、とにかくレジでの対応も騒いでるときのバカ笑いとはうってかわりほぼ無視の対応。たまたまその日だけなのかもしれませんが、せっかく良い店(便利なだけで特別美味しいというわけではないです)なのに、常識を越えています。香港で色々な店や場所にいきましたが一番最悪な店でした。

While we were eating, the air-conditioning was dripping on our table, well, it wasn’t dripping continuously, but my friend had a little scream as it was right next to our food. I asked the girl whether she is going to do something about this and she just mentioned something about there will be some maintenance for the air-conditioning soon. I wouldn’t want to know when or will you fix the air-conditioning. The WORST part came, when we wanted to have the bill, we asked another staff for help (a taller girl, who is more interested on her Instagram, and how to take photos with showing her long legs), she didn’t even want to talk and just flipped the receipt on our table with her finger with a black face. What kind of service is this? After we went out of your restaurant, she was gossiping with the other staff on how she react to us with the receipt (I think she is actually very proud of what she did).

是日跟美女舊同事們吃晚飯, 來到韓國同事推介的鼎點1968. 平日七時多到達, 不用等候便可入座, 有點意外. 店內地方非常狹窄, 坐上中小學方會用上的無椅背長椅, 真的不太舒適. 點選了足三兩蝦餃皇(HK$32), 蟹子燒賣皇(HK$30), 沙嗲金錢肚(HK$30), 賽螃蟹春卷(HK$30), 淮山什菌餃(HK$27). 足三兩蝦餃皇樣子也挺飽滿, 試一口, 除了蝦餃皮帶點厚之外, 也是中規中矩之作. 蟹子燒賣皇, 味道非常普通的作品. 沙嗲金錢肚, 味道帶點腥味, 跟其他食客所言, 用上薯條作碟底, 令到食物更加油膩. 賽螃蟹春卷, 炸得夠香脆, 沒有很油膩的情況, 算不錯. 內裏材料也豐富, 滿意. 淮山什菌餃, 想不到淮山製作成點心也是一個不錯的嘗試. 只是餃皮厚了一點, 整體夠清新.
