Had the chance to eat at Ding’s Kitchen through a dinner invitation. The restaurant only had 7 tables which can sit up to 12 people. And each room can be separated or combined together.The food was surprisingly tasty, with great flavours even though the chef mentioned they do not add MSG. There were a couple dish that was worth mentioning and they were the coconut soup, which they used 2 coconuts to make one bowl of soup for each person and the beggar’s chicken which was very flavourful.Worth

而且用上的炸油是牛油, 所以特別香~ 已去蠔內臟兼炸完略為縮水的蠔依然有手機一樣大, 啖啖蠔肉非常滋味!

椰皇燉嫩雞: 未打開椰皇殼, 已經被陣陣椰皇香味攻陷! 本身是頗喜愛飲雞湯, 加上極濃椰青香味, 影完相要立即趁熱飲!
雞湯一D都唔油膩, 問道負責人, 原來做法是先將雞煮至6﹑7成熟再用以燉湯, 而燉盅與雞大小相約, 「迫」住嚟燉令雞唔會散開, 迫出雞味而又能保留著雞肉的嫩滑!
而椰子味極濃的原因 (被我估中了一半!) 是用上了新鮮的椰青水, 不是普通的熱水,也不是我猜測的樽裝現成椰青水。長知識!

鼎爺嘅煮食節目中有教過, 即場再煮比我地睇, 認真夠鑊氣! 完全無用任何味精, 甜味係來自麥芽糖打成醬汁,
而且紅肉火龍果炒出嚟呈紫色又sharp又夠健康!

Got a private room where you can watch the chef performs a few dishes. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the chef and the waiters. Service is not ordinary and they know how to serve in a proper way. It's not a fine dinning place, only set menu, but the taste is very refined indeed. They claim no msg at all and I can definitely feel it. Love the chicken soup in young coconut. The rest are just simple but impressive.
