《丼道 - 上水》上水其實都幾多嘢行,買化妝品護膚品要平嘅話一定會過嚟上水藥房買🤭行完街,梗係要搵地方醫肚啦,行過上水廣場有一間食丼飯嘅餐廳,餐廳裝修風格都幾文青,簡約嘅木設計令人坐得好舒服,我同媽咪坐咗喺靠窗嘅卡位,由於兩個人都係口痕想食少少嘢,所以我哋叫咗一個丼飯再加甜品,再叫左兩杯飲品,作為下午茶剛剛好呀💁🏻‍♀️火炙三色丼 $156 + $38升級套餐我哋將個丼飯加$38升級做套餐,入面包埋前菜同飲品,前菜小食有沙律同埋自選一款小食,我哋就揀咗三文魚刺身,而飲品方面,媽咪揀咗芒果蒟蒻多多沙冰三色丼入面有左口魚、三文魚刺身同埋蒲燒鰻魚,三款都係油分比較多嘅魚生,食落好肥美👍🏻壽司飯帶微微醋酸,食落好開胃,普遍嚟講啲魚生都幾新鮮,套餐入面有埋沙律同麵豉湯,兩個人都夠食啊💁🏻‍♀️Tiramisu 北海道3.6牛乳雪糕芭菲 $68其實本來都係想食甜品為主,不過見佢啲丼飯好似幾出色,所以都留咗位先埋😆 Tiramisu帶有酒味,不過唔算太濃郁,配埋吉士醬同埋朱古力粉個味道都唔會太甜,反而有陣蛋香味🥰一杯嘅份量都幾大㗎💁🏻‍♀️3.6牛乳軟雪糕凍咖啡 $34平時都係意式雪糕配黑咖啡,呢度用牛奶軟雪糕去配搭,牛奶雪糕都幾香滑,入口奶味重,配上無糖黑咖啡解膩之餘仲取代咗牛奶嘅角色,攪勻咗之後相比起牛奶咖啡嘅味道更加香滑味濃 continue reading

餐廳有點像日式的家庭餐廳,菜單上有挺多的選擇,有各種丼飯,咖哩飯,刺身,烏冬等菜式,而且味道都挺不錯的,有驚喜!鰻魚丼(98元)升級套餐(38元)鰻魚丼給了最肥美的前段,肉挺厚的,吃起來入口即化,滿滿蒲燒鰻魚的香味,吃的時候再拌上溫泉蛋,口感更滑嫩,味道更香濃!套餐選了三文魚,一共兩片,油花不錯,口感嫩滑。還有沙律和湯,飲品有熱茶,或其他飲品加配。照燒雞扒鍋燒烏冬(98元)升級套餐(38元)鍋底是鰹魚湯,加上嫩滑的稻庭烏冬和主角照燒雞扒,再配上溫泉蛋和其他配料。吃起來陣陣鰹魚香,雞扒味道鹹香嫩滑。這個套餐就選了炸餃子,剛剛炸起,非常香脆,裡面是菜肉餡。雜錦刺身定食(148元)這個定食挺豐富的,除了有刺身,還有吉列炸蠔和甜品雪糕!刺身的質素比想像中的要高,特別是三文魚,非常肥美,接近魚腩的質素了!赤蝦亦非常大隻,口感彈牙鮮甜。烏冬是嫩滑的稻庭烏冬。最重要是還有甜品雪糕,雖然是小版,但都是這裡的特色牛乳雪糕,味道挺香濃的。凍紅豆抹茶牛乳(半價轉飲18元)紅豆抹茶這個搭配不會出錯,香甜的紅豆加上帶點澀的抹茶,味道剛好,不會太甜。凍Oreo朱古力牛乳(半價轉飲18元)朱古力挺濃香的,加了Oreo碎,味道會甜一點,口感奶滑。雪糕甜筒(標準)(28元)的確是比定食的要大一點! continue reading

在上水廣場購物後,看到日式餐廳「丼道」環境雅致、舒適,就决定進入享用晚餐。和風晚市定食有多個款式選擇,我較喜歡照燒雞扒迷你丼&湯烏冬味噌湯、炸餃子、雪糕甜筒、芒芒、果蒟蒻多多。照燒雞扒迷你丼~話雖迷你丼,但都是滿滿的一飯碗,配合湯烏冬,相信連大胃王也可以滿足,雞扒和香甜的照燒汁,軟綿的珍珠米飯,配合得美味無窮。炸餃子~金金黃黃的脆皮餃子,菜肉饀料鮮嫩多汁。湯烏冬~清而不淡的湯烏冬跟鳴門卷,別具風格。味噌湯~很傳統的海帶、魚乾鮮味。雪糕甜筒~牛奶與抹茶扭紋軟雪糕是最佳餐都甜品。芒果蒟蒻多多~香鮮芒果粒粒和蒟蒻粒粒,有咀嚼口感,甜甜酸酸,冰冰涼涼,十分消暑開胃,而且跟餐有半價優惠。滑蛋吉列豬扒丼~日式的滑蛋口感較濕潤,伴有洋葱絲,吃到洋葱絲的甜味,甜味也滲入珍珠米飯,非常可口,吉列豬扒外脆肉滑。炸芝士年糕~香香脆脆的芝士年糕蘸少許沙糖吃,味道更豐富。蜜味脆魷魚~很有驚喜的蜜味脆魷魚,酥脆之餘,蜜味減少了油膩,而且魷魚肉質嫩滑,我們再安哥一碟!凍oreo朱古力牛乳& 3.6牛乳軟雪糕凍咖啡~都能同時滿足凍飲和甜品的雙贏!YUAH! continue reading
