時常來丼丼屋吃飯,最期待還是一年一度與日本合作帶來特別丼。今年特別興奮,因為有我愛吃的海膽!這次合作陣容還特別盛大~因為與日本富士電視台、文化放送及東京巨蛋共同企劃,從日本於每年年初舉行、為期約十天的「東京故鄉祭」中的美食競賽「日本丼物選手權」中,將四款人氣丼飯帶來香港。打頭陣是連續兩年贏得選手權冠軍並成功取得「殿堂丼物」寶座、來自北海道利尻島「食堂丸善」的海膽丼。海膽丼用上著名的北海道利尻昆布及海膽,先將昆布及海膽煮成高湯,然後與北海道七星米一起烹煮。再放上蒸海膽與經過醃製的三文魚子醬油漬,配味噌湯及漬物,全套跟足「食堂丸善」的正宗做法。這道海膽丼,吃下去有點像海膽炒飯的味道,跟海膽刺身大有不同,但當然都充滿海膽的鮮甜味。整碗丼飯的精華,反而在於米飯當中,吸收滿昆布和海膽汁的米飯,味道濃郁香口,出色有驚喜。不過,相信不少人會以為是海膽刺身丼而吃不慣這個味道吧。販賣期間:2016 年 5 月 25 日至 8 月 23 日。供應時間:每日 12:00 - 14:00 及 18:00 - 22:00每店每日限定 30 食,晚市時間去過幾次,到 7 時左右就會賣光了,想吃記得襯早啊!

黎依度當然係食飯。我就食左個十勝帶廣名物豚丼,好似個名聽上去都幾特別,其實都係一塊豬扒。不過豬扒,尤其有番啲厚度既豬扒,要煮得好食,即係唔會太硬都幾考功夫,依碗就爭少少啦,偏乾,唔夠嫩口。不過勝在豬扒大份,味道幾濃,啲汁香甜送豬扒配搭得不錯,拉回一些分數。米粒都頗煙韌既,麵鼓湯就...總之係熱到好似熱水個隻,大家明啦.

丼丼屋食堂 分店都算多, 好多時經過都想試試, 但排隊排到傻  是晚見有點時間, 就試試, 一排排了半個小時  因為排得太久了, 所以3個人都點了不少 先到的是滑蛋牛肉丼: 滑蛋的確做得不錯, 可惜牛肉無味, 事實是整個丼都無味, 好像沒調味的一樣因為有BB, 所以叫了芝士焗三文魚烏冬: 完全無味可言, 芝士和烏冬完全各有各存在, 芝士亦不香, 三文魚亦無味, 非常不濟! 芝士玉子卷: 其實跟嫂子都是因為這個芝士玉子卷而來的, 本身我自己不太好玉子, 因為覺得幾甜, 其實今次的玉子都甜, 不過芝子中和了不少, 令整體不會太甜, 芝子份量不錯味淋魚乾: 燒得非常香的味淋魚乾! 唔錯唔錯蒜片牛油雞腎: 雞腎味道不錯, 可惜蒜片太多, 而且有點燶味, 令到食雞腎都有少少燶味, 而且雞腎的份量未免太少了竹輪芝士卷: 配搭不錯, 唔好可以好有火花既配搭, 不過芝士令竹輪卷不會太寡, 味道亦不錯北海道四色丼: 叫完都幾後悔.... 魚生極不新鮮, $118 我不期待說有超好的水準, 但每一款的魚生都好像開始變壞似的! 又無味, 又無口感! 結果連魚生都吃不完, 臨走時還發現帶子已經變色了!
