這間餐廳由我10年前開始幫襯喜歡他們的蟹黃油烏冬 濃蝦湯系列手撕雞我就食過,不過都係喜歡以上兩款😃最近放假終於有機會再來幫襯水準保持 味道豐富價錢雖然屬於中價 但始終喺中環舖租應該唔平我記得價錢同兩三年前係冇乜分別份量都同以前一樣市道唔好 幫襯小店真係好緊要而家有驚喜 可以有雙拼系列因為我個人好貪心又想呢樣 又想試吓其他一個人叫兩個又覺得太多啦所以呢啲雙拼系列 好啱呀🤭佢哋嘅濃蝦湯真係好好飲我次次都冇剩今次試佢嘅昆布木魚湯 都唔錯 不過我下次都係會食最愛嗰兩個😂佢哋嘅首創油烏冬冇得輸🥳朋友叫咗我食咗少少 真係好好味😁仲有佢哋杯熱咖啡都好好味😁

價錢雖然屬於中價
但始終喺中環舖租應該唔平

市道唔好 幫襯小店真係好緊要

而家有驚喜 可以有雙拼系列
因為我個人好貪心
又想呢樣 又想試吓其他
一個人叫兩個又覺得太多啦

同事朋友介紹中環士丹利街有間小店,中午出品出色,所以決定一試!小店位於中環士丹利街士丹利大廈11樓,那座樓宇有很多餐廳林立,其中都試過一兩間,味道不錯。今天要試的就是位於11樓的Donka。看名字不知道是什麼派別菜式,後來問問夥記才知道是fusion菜系。中午的選擇有6至7款,當中都包括埋餐飲。朋友點了餐廳較有名的燒海赤蝦魚柳龍蝦湯泡飯,本人就點了迷迭香牛油燒西冷配飯。等了大約十分鐘左右,朋友的龍蝦湯泡飯未放枱,蝦的香氣就已經很撲鼻,非常之香,蝦味很濃鬱。本人的牛柳煎得剛剛好,汁醬配上白飯很不錯。跟餐的餐飲都有驚喜,真的估不到冰咖啡的濃度會咁濃,鍾意飲咖啡的人一定會喜歡!總結:小店用心經營,值得支持。朋友果然沒有介紹錯。聽聞餐廳還有很有名的蟹黃油配讚岐烏冬,下次再嚟一定要試!

小店位於中環士丹利街士丹利大廈11樓,那座樓宇有很多餐廳林立,其中都試過一兩間,味道不錯。
今天要試的就是位於11樓的Donka。看名字不知道是什麼派別菜式,後來問問夥記才知道是fusion菜系。
中午的選擇有6至7款,當中都包括埋餐飲。朋友點了餐廳較有名的燒海赤蝦魚柳龍蝦湯泡飯,本人就點了迷迭香牛油燒西冷配飯。
等了大約十分鐘左右,朋友的龍蝦湯泡飯未放枱,蝦的香氣就已經很撲鼻,非常之香,蝦味很濃鬱。
本人的牛柳煎得剛剛好,汁醬配上白飯很不錯。
跟餐的餐飲都有驚喜,真的估不到冰咖啡的濃度會咁濃,鍾意飲咖啡的人一定會喜歡!


總結:小店用心經營,值得支持。朋友果然沒有介紹錯。
聽聞餐廳還有很有名的蟹黃油配讚岐烏冬,下次再嚟一定要試!

豚肉好厚 燒得好香 肉質非常好
重點係個泡菜真係好好味
平時出面啲泡菜都整到好鹹好重口味
但佢嘅泡菜有種果香味 仲好似有啲芝士味

前幾日做嘢經過中環,適逢午飯時間,即刻睇下有咩to eat list 係附近,咁啱呢間係附近,今餐就試下啦😋1點15分左右去到餐廳,原本都驚會好多人,好彩大約8成滿,立即有枱,不用等位💪黎餐廳之前已經諗好左食咩,1分鐘都唔洗就落好單,幫我落單個叔叔好好人,見我一個女仔去廁所,主動話幫我睇袋,幾窩心❤️等左一陣,餐飲同主菜連醋到齊,影完幾張相就立即開動🤭鮮蟹肉蟹黃油煮手打稻庭烏冬😋😋😋坦白講,食物賣相顏色係比較單調,但係凡事都唔好淨係睇外表,將烏冬一撈起,就見到好多蟹肉係個底,我撈到咁上下見到烏冬掛滿蟹黃油,就已經大啖大啖咁食,烏冬軟硬適中,而且煙煙韌韌,每一啖都有蟹嘅味道🥰食到一半,開始覺得有少少滯,就落咗少少醋,即刻消咗濟,味覺又昇華到另一個層次🤣為咗呢碗烏冬,我會再嚟過,因為真係好好食👍

坦白講,食物賣相顏色係比較單調,但係凡事都唔好淨係睇外表,將烏冬一撈起,就見到好多蟹肉係個底,我撈到咁上下見到烏冬掛滿蟹黃油,就已經大啖大啖咁食,烏冬軟硬適中,而且煙煙韌韌,每一啖都有蟹嘅味道🥰

食到一半,開始覺得有少少滯,就落咗少少醋,即刻消咗濟,味覺又昇華到另一個層次🤣

為咗呢碗烏冬,我會再嚟過,因為真係好好食👍

我會形容這店為中環打工仔的輕奢侈午餐之選,坐得舒服,可以訂座,環境夠靜夠乾淨,繁忙時間唔需要排餐飽(午餐來講價位的確偏高)。雖然價錢貴少少,連埋加一每位大概200蚊,但食物質素對得住價錢的。-食過幾次,個人認為此店的烏冬好出色,質地好煙韌好彈牙,係好好食的烏冬,初次來食好推介叫烏冬類食品。皇牌就一定係蟹肉烏冬!而且店家配上的醋係正宗醋,味道夠酸後勁甘甜,感覺好似食大閘蟹,加醋食會昇華味道的層次。另外朋友叫左個大蝦海鮮湯泡飯,味道都好鮮甜好食,但個湯唔夠熱,如果滾到出煙仲正,米就好明顯係用日本米,粒粒肥嘟嘟,不過相比烏冬就冇咁出色喇。有興趣有budget的朋友可以來一試啊

另外朋友叫左個大蝦海鮮湯泡飯,
味道都好鮮甜好食,但個湯唔夠熱,
如果滾到出煙仲正,米就好明顯係用日本米,
粒粒肥嘟嘟,不過相比烏冬就冇咁出色喇。

Being a seafood lover, been looking forward to try this for a while. The udon was cooked alright, by the texture you can tell it was precooked and reheated upon order. I was a bit disappointed in the sauce.. There was plenty of crab meat but it wasn't as flavorful as I hoped it would be, it was quite blend. Definitely room for improvement. The portion is actually pretty big, for a girl, it was pretty difficult to consume all by myself. Suggest to share between two people if you’re don’t have a b

We also ordered some snacks on the side too, Chicken Wing was quite blend, no seasoning and was really a disappointment.

Soup, can soup is even better then this, the texture is alittle gooey. Egg is alright, if for scramble eggs, I will say is alittle dry and crumble.

Udon texture is good, but with all the add up, is not good anymore.

Cutlet pork is crispy, yet is not one bite as the menu say. The meat was a little gamey, texture is like some dried scallop you can tear off like shred.
