係崇光行完街, 當然有D餓就走左落黎地庫依間麵包店買野食。當然唔可以只係食一個,首先就要個芝士菠菜法包。食落個芝士味非常之香,雖然聞落無咩味,但一咬落去個下依個芝士菠菜法包, 個種特香既芝士味就慢慢係個口到爆出黎, 非常好食之後朋友要揀左個賣相非常靚既芝士法包,面頭有一粒粒芝士溶哂依個真係好靚,見到都已經忍唔住想一啖食左佢,依個既芝士味非常濃郁,法包做得好好,外層夠哂香脆,裹面就係非常鬆軟,仲有芝士既油香,依個真係無得彈, 之後我都仲係唔夠,就要多個綠茶餅,都幾靚既焗到有少少燶既餅面,加埋少少小紅莓、合桃及腰果碎,賣相吸引,口感食落一般,比較硬,唔係想像咁鬆脆,雖然有少少綠茶味,但唔係好夠,如果要黎依到食野建議都係要番芝士,因為真係好正。

When I paid for the bread, the service that I got was super good, no matter whether you buy one bread or thousands of bread, there will not be an extra fee for a tiny little plastic bag. Somebody might thing not having a bag is more eco-friendly but when you are holding a lot of bags and stuff, I felt so warm and happy to get a white plastic bag with the delicious bakery inside it.

Although the outlook of the "stick" was not attractive, I could see some small walnut on the surface. When I ate it, the sliced walnut was crunchy and gave a really good contrast to the texture of the soft and smooth bread, especially a great comparison to the layer of sweet and creamy condense milk layer in the middle. The taste of the bread was quite sweet but the walnut balanced it so well which definitely showed that condense milk and walnut were good partner and worked happily together.

After my tutorial lesson, I felt so so so HUNGRY, so I immediately went to sogo to buy myself some "energy source"!!When I went down to basement of sogo, I saw a long queue with people holding loads of bakeries. Of course for HK people when you see a LONG queue, you know that should be a nice shop!!I went in and saw a lot of bread, pastries and cakes. Back to the taste of the choco and banana pastry, it was really really CRISPY and there was a little bit of coco powder on top which absolutely matched with the banana in the pastry. For the pastry its own, there was a strong buttery taste and I thought there was uncountable layers and layers a pastry which I really appreciated.

這天吃過早餐後, 下午出了銅鑼灣走一轉..在正在大減價的SOGO行了一個圈,最後又走到最喜歡逛的超市去想起減價中的DONQ也會有九折優惠便走去看看一直想試這裡最有名的菠菜芝士包卻無奈每次也不是出爐時間, 看見它冷冰冰的, 雖然可以買回家翻熱才吃但就是提不起勁去買..這天四時多一走進店不久就看見店員拿著一大盤的菠菜芝士包的走出來並叫說「新鮮出爐啊!」吸引了全店人的目光! 我也當然立刻走去夾了一個便付款去!出爐麵包熱度十足, 是放在盤上也能感受到麵包的熱力! 付款後便即場拿著就吃!一咬發現原來麵包身是帶脆口的, 本來還以為是軟熟的 脆口的還不錯, 而當中又混合了不少的菠菜成分, 感覺相當有營養, 而當中的芝士粒亦不少, 吃下是滿口的「芝」味, 一口接一口的吃普, 不知不覺便把整個包吃進肚中去了!這個店中名物還真不錯呢!

觀乎咸味的包比甜包定價要低, 從小到大, 對pizza麵包總有種解釋不來的好感。薯仔芝士薄餅($12)看來很討人歡喜, 麵包質感明顯跟甜包有別, 較硬實更富嚼感, 面頭舖滿洋葱、薯仔、沙律醬, 再被一層芝士所覆蓋, 將餡料緊緊鎖著, 吃時也不易掉下。 薯仔片粉糯香甜, 沒刻意做得太綿滑, 反而著重爽口, 跟咸香的芝士融成一體, 沙律醬香甜, 得宜的份量, 剛好夠潤澤餡料之用, 袋內沒留下過多的油份。

平心而論, 個人覺得donq的麵包比panash更富特色更合心意, 只是兩家分店都位在港島區, 未免稍遠, 每次都只能順道而來, 也許是這樣, 反而生了莫名的掛念, 有份不經意的偏愛。

I got this because there was so much leafy spinach and cubes of cheese embedded in the dough before it was baked.
The taste was good because the cheese was really cheesy complimented by the spinach.
I would have liked the bun to be softer and not so chewy.

This was really good too, the fromage filling was thick but not too heavy. The sweetness was just right.
Although it is called a tart, it was not actually a tart because the base was made from bread and not tart pastry, but it was shaped like a tart containing sweet fromage.

店面三面靠牆設置三層麵包架,以塑膠玻璃做隔離,衛生狀況不錯,唯一一面則完全敞開做了大門,中間亦有一個獨立餅柜,裏面則是放滿經過精心佈置過的放得高低不一的花式麵包;除了日式麵包(花式麵包,樣式多,麵包鬆軟配以多種不同食材)也有不少歐式麵包,符合現代人回歸粗糧健康的飲食導向,另外也不乏各類丹麥以及法式麵包,粗粗統計麵包種類不下20種,絕對是麵包愛好者的天堂;收銀台旁的凍柜則簡單供應散裝切餅、鮮榨果汁以及冷藏三文治、沙律等是平日里返工一族的匆匆午餐好選擇;店門口醒目位置放置一塊今日麵包出爐時間表,有心的顧客大可以掐好時間,先在商場里“血拼”到點了再下來這裡買鮮鮮出爐的香噴噴麵包。

圍著各類麵包架行一圈,口水幾乎要流出來,各種誘人麵包或是蓬鬆可愛,或是粗糙有質感,或是鋪滿各式醬料(藍莓醬、芝士醬、忌廉、朱古力、杏仁醬、糖霜等等)目不暇接;

最近店家極力推薦的一款【菠菜芝士法包】則是獨立擺放與最門口位置,十分醒目,似切片披薩餅的法包十分有厚度,泛黃的表層嵌滿菠菜葉,帶有些粗粗的氣孔,微微蓬起的面層在“低窪”處則蓋有一層白白的麵粉質;側身則是看得到粒粒嫩黃色的芝士夾在麵包中,夾起一個是沉甸甸的,不似日式麵包那般花哨而輕巧,實心的法包則是“滿肚子的豐富”。

製作手法有些近似披薩,面層鋪滿一層黃燦燦的車打芝士,也造就麵包面層好似氣泡狀的“小疙瘩”,實則下面則是聚集在一起的一大塊豐富Cheese;相信麵包已出爐已久,故溫度是微涼的,有些稍稍影響了口味,但濃郁芝士香依然不減,打開塑膠袋便馬上聞到一股濃郁奶香,馥鬱芬芳;麵包表層較為乾燥,特別是面層咬起來更是有些脆薄的口感,麵包下層麵粉較為厚實,故口感頗為煙韌,但又不是歐式麵包那般那麼有嚼勁,屬於介於中間的程度;菠菜碎葉夾在麵粉中有些濕軟,滿口咸香。

吃完鹹的當然要吃甜的來中和(吃完甜的再吃鹹的,吃也吃不完 ^-^),這個法式忌廉芝士簡直就是罪惡中的轟炸機!現在回憶起來覺得友人的一句話真是十分打趣:要麼不吃,要吃就要吃最最厲害的!O(∩_∩)O

中間塞滿了黃澄澄的忌廉芝士,好似燉蛋般拿的時候晃悠晃悠,密度更是大得可以,取得時候要十分小心,因為僅靠一層柔軟麵包來拖住整塊忌廉芝士的麵包明顯是“超負荷”了,很有“墜落”的危險!

外層的麵包是比較普通的日式麵包,特點是發得較鬆軟,口感軟綿細緻,但卻缺乏煙韌與嚼勁;重點則是那塊罪惡的忌廉芝士,忌廉混著芝士做成好似奶凍的固體,水分十足,密度也高,厚厚的芝士層口感冰涼醇厚,有瞬間塞滿整個口腔的綿密之感;口味亦是相當重,濃濃的芝士味帶著強烈的檸檬酸,只能用【過癮】二字來形容當時的味覺體驗。愛芝士,愛重口味,愛甜膩,不怕肥的勇敢者一定要多來幾個!!!

誰叫世界上美味的東西都是特別至肥的呢~
敵人太強大了,唯有乖乖屈服!

麥包一般都皮粗且韌,口感粗糙,不大討好大多數人。但我個人吃麥包為其獨特的麥香,視粗糙不鬆軟為嚼勁。這裏的麥包大小如同市面個裝法包,口感方面如一般的麥包一樣,皮硬且韌,嚼得累時,
把其切出麥包的皮垬至脆口的麥香脆片,其實也是一不錯的食法。
麥包身不算太粗糙,還有點鬆軟,但麥香可再豐富一點。包的餡料豐富不吝嗇,美中不足是榛子可能沒預先焗過,不夠香口。另一外面,開半的榛子及橙皮碎,味覺上不是不好,只是有些許複雜。另一款簡單一點的核桃無花果,可能味覺上比較受落。

麵包圈的賣相其實頗可愛的,以扭紋造出彷似巴黎圈的外形。包包好香好鬆軟美味, 甜甜的帶奶香, 有點似牛奶排包。內藏最少有三種豆,有黑色又圓又漲的,有淺紅色圓圓扁扁的,還有泥黃色個子較小的。包名為五豆, 恕我不幸了,還有兩種prison break 了,無緣
。對我來說三種豆分別不大,黑色的皮比較厚,泥黃色的比較黏,淺紛色的比較軟,豆類最緊要夠粉糯,它們完全是夠粉之餘且一粒粒完完整整的躲在包包中。水份保持得剛好,沒因烘焗過後而變得乾涸,水份得以保持又不影響包的質感,是高水準的表現。不過不可取,又是敗筆之處是過甜,完全是過了火
,再加上包本身的甜,實在甜得發泠,本人舌頭及肚腩實在容不下
。想必嗜甜者會欣賞。

經這次麵包新體驗後,發覺DonQ 麵包的確質素有保證,但口味方面,個人暫只認同法式麵包。
可能剛巧以上三款都不合心意,有望下次試試檸檬或cream cheese 口味的甜包。

服務
麵包店的女售貨員都一副不愁沒生意的老闆口臉,而且回應顧客查詢的口吻和動作都變得機械化,
服務態度實在有待改善。雖然只是數分鐘的交易和服務,但這樣敷衍了事只會有損公司聲譽。
