呢度位置唔算多,但係氣氛都幾好,呢度呢主要係食串燒嘅,另外呢都有啲主食,價錢都好親民,相當抵食。雞肉串燒呢就帶咗雞軟骨串,同埋鹽燒雞中翼,雞中翼一串有兩隻,而且仲有少少蜜糖味。雞軟骨都燒得好脆口。另外呢都叫咗燒豬頸肉同埋椒鹽鮑魚,豬頸肉好好食,調味啱啱好。鮑魚呢就有三個,上邊仲有少少炸蒜,食落有少少辣,好惹味。之後都嗌咗煙肉金菇同埋燒韭菜,食串燒又點少得韭菜,韭菜大份!另外都叫咗金銀蒜燒扇貝同埋黑松露燒珍寶帶子串。扇貝蒜味好重,啱晒重口味嘅大家,黑松露帶子嘅味道都好出。煮食就叫咗法式牛柳粒配薯菜同埋香草牛油燒春雞平薯菜。隻雞嘅雞肉都好嫩滑,而且塊皮好脆。薯條亦都揸得好趣,好鍾意佢配薯條嘅醬汁有一款係芥末味,一路食住炸物一路配啤酒真係人生一大享受。

限聚令前,抓緊機會去多點不同的餐廳與朋友聚會食飯,今次就試了大埔的Dragon BBQ bar。一間小小的酒吧,想不到會有十分豐富的晚市菜單!我們一行兩人,點了個威靈頓安格斯牛柳及低溫慢煮烤乳豬件。首先上菜的就是低溫慢煮烤乳豬件,看得出乳豬件非常脆,一切開甚至聽到卡嚓的清脆聲音。肉汁徐徐流下,一拉便輕易撕開。他還附有兩種醬汁供客人點乳豬件,十分細心體貼!但我和友人認為乳豬件本身醃製和烤煮得已非常入味,便沒有多點醬料!乳豬件的伴碟有新鮮淋上了黑醋的沙律菜!如果覺得乳豬件有油膩感,可馬上吃沙律菜解膩,正!等了一段時間的威靈頓牛柳也終於上桌了,可以看得出宅的皮覺得非常酥脆,一切開就見到牛柳呈現深粉紅色,是我們要的7成熟程度!但份量不大,可能要多點小食才會飽肚😂😂一邊喝着啤酒和蘋果酒,一邊品嚐美食。細小的環境,客人都輕聲細語。不會感到嘈雜、又可以慢慢欣賞美食!下次再來一定要再點乳豬件,真的十分滋味!
