因為疫情關係所以六點前就要閂門,冇辦法去他的最黃金的睇波時間就餐,最後揀了四至五點入場食他們的美味海鮮燒烤。最令我驚喜的就是那些粒粒很大隻的生蠔,真是十分肥美,粒粒都好大隻,啲汁又夠正。然後又吃了他們的聖子,聖子笑得很夠火喉,有少少燶燶哋也很香口,然後是他們的帶子燒烤,帶子也是大大粒。最後,我叫了兩串羊肉串及和牛串,加了我最喜歡的牧然粉,真是很懷念中國內地般的燒烤味道,但當然這間是更高級的餐廳啦。

近來鐘情於串燒,Dragon Bar的店少少的,位置不多,但這就是餐廳的優點,整個晚上的食物,串燒或Main course,全部都是即叫即燒的,感受到餐廳對於食物的要求,同時餐廳內隨機播著音樂影片,輕輕遮蓋客人的交談聲,環境與聲音很舒服,覺得餐廳很認真對待每一枱客。串燒點了熱門的食物,包括燒原條香蒜茄子、椒鹽鮑魚等等。讚一讚鮑魚,平時很少在串燒台見到有燒鮑魚食,清潔得很乾淨,也很易起肉,醃料充足,海鮮新鮮,難怪是餐廳的熱門菜式。我們沒有點很多串燒,反倒嚐了個主菜檸檸汁香煎三文魚配薯菜,才100元左右,三文魚扒很大塊,位置也選很不馬虎,是三文魚腩位,上面食到厚實的魚肉,煎得剛剛熟,因此肉質不會太粗糙,下面是充滿油脂的腩位,很滑和軟熟,實個主菜我都很瓜賞相比串燒,真是划算啊!

是三文魚腩位,上面食到厚實的魚肉,煎得剛剛熟,
因此肉質不會太粗糙,下面是充滿油脂的腩位,很滑和軟熟,
實個主菜我都很瓜賞
相比串燒,真是划算啊!

總結這家遠離市區的酒吧絕對有驚喜,除了價格相宜的各式啤酒串燒外,還有不論價錢和味道均極佳的燒春雞主菜。不過值得注意的是,餐廳出品速度非常慢,差不多要四十五分鐘才送來第一道菜,所以光顧要預留時間!

自從上次同朋友去過大埔食嘢,知道大埔有不少美食未試過,今晚就同老公一齊覓食,發現一間環境昏暗但好有氣氛的Dragon BBQ Bar,看看餐牌唔貴又啱食,於是就入座試吓!香草牛油燒春雞拼薯菜,半隻春雞表面燒到金黃色,皮脆肉嫩,肉汁香溢味美,而且非常入味!即炸薯條香脆可口!芝士煙肉燒蠔,蒜香燒蠔:即叫即開的蠔保證新鮮,蠔肉飽滿脹卜卜,一大片煙肉包住蠔肉,再加上芝士燒到香噴噴,蠔肉鮮甜,配煙肉芝士非常惹味!另外一款蠔加左蒜燒,味道鮮中帶蒜香。令人回味不已!金銀蒜燒扇貝:扇貝燒得剛剛好,不會過火,扇貝鮮甜帶蒜蓉香,層次感十足,蒜香濃郁。沙嗲雞肉串馥郁香濃,鹽燒雞中翼鮮香嫩滑,司華力腸串和台灣燒香腸,燒得啱啱好,味道口感都唔錯,送啤酒一流!紐西蘭羊架鮮嫩沒有羶味!煙肉大啡菇,大啡菇和煙肉各有香味,合二為一都好夾。食串燒一定少不了啤酒,San Miguel和San Miguel Light都係老公揀!
