朋友話呢間嘅叉燒好好味,咁我咁啱經過,見佢有得賣,就嗱嗱聲買咗個例牌叉燒外帶,攞返屋企舒舒服服慢慢食。返到屋企洗完個白白,再開一支紅酒,就嚟試吓呢個叉燒。店員話呢個係西班牙黑毛豬,而家好多餐廳都話用黑毛豬,真係信不信由你😅一入口,叉燒煮得幾焾,又唔會太肥,呢個抵讚;幾有豬味,甜度適中(依家好多叉燒甜死人),兼且厚切,所以食落感覺豐足,係幾好食,但係未到頂級。一啖紅酒一啖叉燒,都係一個好享受😁一共只有14嚿叉燒,要成$120,實在有點貴,以咁樣嘅質素,唔值,應該冇下次😅
