今日搞下呢樣果樣都已經下午茶時間。呢間酒樓第一次黎飲茶。都有d 特別既野試。茶壺好精緻,每張枱都有假花點綴。茶壺比較細,要沖多幾次水。叫左一個潮洲既炸餃,睇中文唔知係乜野,但睇英文就會知佢似甜品,因為有花生同椰絲。一上枱食就好好味,最後一隻臨尾食就覺得油。呢隻係$18既餃,d 蝦有蝦膏味好正。但d 皮就淋淋的,無左咬口。燒鴨米係我至愛既啖啖肉。米粉爽口,浸耐d 湯都唔會變成糊狀。再加一碟豬腳食下,彈牙得黎唔會咬唔開,係我至愛既口感。

蠔皇鮮竹卷$29:好似好少在外面吃到,一口咬下,外皮軟身,內饀多汁,異常鮮美。
子薑牛肉球$29:每年6、7月是子薑當造季節,再看點心紙邊有一個印刷日期,相信這碟菜式應該是新加上去,有小小薑味的牛肉球又幾吊味。
香茜叉燒腸粉$39:腸粉頗為雪白亮麗、軟潤爽滑。
蜂巢芋角$29:超炸的一款菜式,蜂巢指的是超炸的外形,芋角指的是芋角,蜂巢芋角指的是蜂巢加芋角。
菜乾瘦肉粥(特價)$25:d菜都幾乾,d肉都幾瘦,d粥都幾乾幾瘦幾好味。

另加每位茗茶$13,埋單$217.8。

我是很少即時寫食評,還要剛吃完即寫,新鮮滾熱辣,這裡的舒適的環境給我一種即寫的衝動,酒樓樓底高,少了一般酒樓的壓迫感,慢慢歎吃,可以吃過番尋味的一間酒樓

今日係母親節,特登黎呢間聽聞點心好好食嘅酒樓試下,因為見識過午市時間有幾難等位,所以就諗住早D飲個早茶,但冇諗到9點到都要等30分鐘先入到去。因為仲係早市,所以有特價飯食,所以就叫左個鳳爪排骨飯。排骨唔係好肥,唔錯。彩蔬水晶蝦球,個皮唔係好厚,係水晶包嘅口感,外表幾靚,入面嘅蔬菜幾爽,餡料飽滿,幾好食。香脆海鮮卷,個皮其實係腐皮,入面有蝦、蟹柳同翠玉瓜,外皮香脆,味道唔錯,但上枱時已經涼左,扣左分。(左)芝士焗雞粒盞,細細件,入面係白汁雞粒,普普通通。(右)脆皮竹炭流沙包,外皮脆脆係地似日式菠蘿包咁,入面餡係好流沙,有蛋黃香,好好食。總括而言點心質素唔錯,但周末午市時間要等1-2小時,甚至更耐的話就唔好啦,都係早D黎食啦。

東海壽桃包: 叫半圍餐,是為咗有壽桃包食,媽咪爸爸未試過,賣相非常漂亮,而且每個包都有拳頭咁大個,漲卜卜,熱辣辣,裏面的蓮蓉非常多,仲有一整個鹹蛋黃,鹹蛋黃的油分流出來,非常香,單叫一個壽桃包要$22,所以圍餐有得食都幾好。
雪耳萬壽果: 食到最後就係食糖水,雪耳木瓜糖水,木瓜又叫萬壽果,都係好意頭嘅名稱,味道唔會太甜,甜度恰到好處,而且用料充足。

總結,最後埋單$1816.9 , 食物味道平均來說可以,就是龍蝦伊麵麻麻地。
鎮江烤骨得5舊,唔夠六個人分,唔好咁小家啦,收得呢個價。
而點左啤酒,唔知價就點,係自己蠢,諗住唔會貴得去邊,結果埋單先知咁貴已太遲,唔係唔捨得食,來得東海食知佢貴,但係罐裝啤酒$38一罐,離譜了吧?六罐$228,開支紅酒都得,唔係呢樣的話,今餐食得都滿意嘅。

東海壽桃包,喺酒樓擺壽宴,最後出場既必定係壽桃包,壽桃包係中國人既賀壽包點,外形參考王母娘娘嗰個三千年開花,三千年結果既蟠桃,寓意健康長壽。東海壽桃包作為呢度嘅名物,真係唔講得笑,由四川湘蓮打成既蓮蓉,半凝半溶,入口盡是陣陣既蓮子香氣,清甜而不膩;裏面個鹹蛋黃選用咗蒸至半熟既越南鹹蛋,搣開鹹蛋黃油緩緩流出,咬開起沙之餘仲流緊油,確實係視覺同埋味蕾上既極致享受;除此之外,喺三日前預訂仲可以免費將東海壽桃包轉換成陳皮紅豆壽桃包或者阿華田軟心壽桃包添。

筆者自問是個不折不扣的港島人,雖然哥哥住大圍,所以間唔中都會抽空去探望下佢,但青衣卻是一個我絕少會踏足的地方。不過早前有長輩生日,選址於青衣城一樓嘅「東海薈•拉斐特」擺壽宴,身為後輩嘅我,當然要出席,而這晚我地就預訂左一席 $4680,12 位用嘅「福壽年年」壽宴。人齊後馬上開餐,第一道菜係鴻運金豬全體,據說這隻乳豬出生只有約四十天,上桌時色澤紅潤,油光明亮,食落外皮非常香脆可口,肉質肥瘦適中,而且保持嫩滑多汁,足見大廚掌握火候得宜。 接著第二道菜係翡翠炒花枝蝦仁,所謂翡翠其實係蜜糖豆,雖然蜜糖豆屬味淡菜類,但這兒的蜜糖豆,外形飽滿,入口爽脆清甜,味道不俗。至於配搭的花枝和蝦仁,前者口感彈牙、而蝦隻亦爽甜鮮美,食味不俗。第三道菜係乾貝野菌扒時蔬,成品用料好豐富,有瑤柱、鮮冬菇、本菇和白菜仔等,入口惹味又不油膩。接著是一道百花炸釀蟹鉗,蟹鉗 Size 十足,猶如雞髀般大隻,炸至金黃色,賣相討好。入口一試,成品用上大肉蟹鉗,加上包得滿滿的蝦膠,咬落彈牙,連蟹肉一併入口,外脆內嫩,蘸甜酸醬吃,酸香醒胃。緊接是一道紅燒竹笙蟹肉翅,高湯調得厚薄適中,色澤鮮明通透,非常吸引,味道香甜濃郁又唔會濁,

緊接是一道紅燒竹笙蟹肉翅,高湯調得厚薄適中,色澤鮮明通透,非常吸引,味道香甜濃郁又唔會濁,入口除左有翅針外,還有不少竹笙和蟹肉,加點浙醋點綴一下,食味一流!

之後是一味蔥油蒸杉虎斑,條蒸魚非常之大,足夠十二人分享,而且火候控制得不錯,恰到好處,肉質仍然保持肥美狀態,嫩滑可口。

接著是一道蠔皇原隻鲍魚伴花菇,鮑魚用上特製的蠔皇汁長時間烹煮,令鮮味大大提升,入口煙韌清甜,既細膩又夠曬香濃惹味,而花菇亦厚身有肉地,食落帶清香菇味,配上伴碟的西生菜同吃,口感豐富。

第八道菜係脆皮炸子雞,隻炸子雞外皮很薄,皮下雖然有黃油,但由於炸時已經去盡油分,所以食落滿口生香,雞肉嫩滑有雞味,毋須蘸點淮鹽吃,亦鹹香惹味。

吃壽宴當然要有伊麵,這碟長壽蝦籽炆伊麵,水準唔錯。一啖入口,先傳來濃而甘香的蝦籽味道,接著便是麵身鬆軟的麵條,而且由於伊麵完全吸收了上湯和蝦籽的精華,食落味香之餘,更多左一份鹹鮮的惹味。

之後當然是輪到吃最期待的東海壽桃包,如果有食過東海壽桃包嘅,應該都會知道這個包以湘蓮自家打成蓮蓉,再加入越南鹹蛋黃、食油、砂糖等配料製成。經生蒸後的鹹蛋黃,入口甘香、油香四溢,而蓮蓉吃來亦很軟滑濕潤,清甜不膩,配上如拳頭般大,口感鬆軟又有彈性的包子外皮,真令人對這個擁有天使面孔,魔鬼內涵的邪惡壽包,又愛又恨。

等待新工人姐姐的日子,又是四出搜索美食的時候。難得小孩子乖乖溫習好考試範圍,內子就接我們一起去吃晚飯。今晚去了青衣城,當然要去嘗試期待已久的東海薈 ·拉菲特 。據朋友説,這食店是數一數二的好地方。當晚看到有人舉行百日宴活動,看到主題特色的裝飾,也考慮下一次小孩子生日時開生日派對。很可愛的主題!💕我們點了一個晚飯套餐,只是$298 已經有上湯龍蝦伊麵 ,再有2款菜式;完全是超值之選!單看賣相及份量,已經無可挑剔。加上美味可口、貼心有禮的服務,果然是值得推薦的好食店。
