餐廳環境雅緻美觀,清一色以木為主配合柔和燈光,周圍滿是日本風情的佈置和擺設,還播放經典熟悉的日本歌曲,予人濃厚和風居酒屋的感覺。鵝肝什菌石鍋飯大有驚喜,鵝肝比想像中大件厚身,表層微脆,內裡軟滑,油香豐美,更滲入飯中,令整個飯充斥鵝肝香。黑松露炒烏冬甫上枱隨即散發出陣陣香味,黑松露味十分濃厚,醬汁令烏冬很入味,另有不少菇菌夾雜其中,口感不會單調。脆炸日本大腸比一般炸大腸更出色,肉質較煙韌彈牙,而且炸得香口,不會很乾或嚡口。汁燒白鱔很有水準,肉質嫩滑鮮美之餘又帶點爽口,滿有嚼勁,加上濃郁美味的醬汁,非常滋味。蒜片一口和牛粒也不遜色,生熟程度恰到好處,肉質很嫩滑,肉味濃郁又富油香。鹽燒雞軟骨惹味脆口,不會好油或好乾。吉列廣島蠔挺大件,炸得金黃香脆,蠔肉飽滿肥美又多汁。大阪燒舖滿大量木魚,內層夾雜蔬菜海鮮,再加燒汁和沙律醬,惹味飽肚。凍菊花茶入口溫和,解渴又有滋潤感。

今日早咗收工約了朋友去一間日式小食舖頭, 這舖最啱係三五知己食飯吹水嘅地方。 鋪頭環境都唔錯好似去咗日本一樣。我哋就叫咗鵝肝多士, 啲鵝肝口感都唔錯一食落口就即刻溶化反而多士就比較硬, 再來厚切牛舌,味道唔錯牛舌唔會太韌剛剛好, 還有鹽燒雞翼和鯖魚, 啲雞翼一口一嚿唔會太大嚿,而啲鯖魚味道濃沃,再嚟芝士蟹肉咖啡菇和炸薯餅, 啲菇配埋芝士蟹肉一齊吃另有一番特別嘅味道, 而薯餅就當然好脆。 最後還有黑松露炒烏冬和大阪燒當然梗有我最like嘅蒜片一口和牛粒,啲牛肉好嫩而且一口一嚿最啱係飲埋啤酒。 所以下次同朋友吹水這個地方最適合 。
