每一次經過新蒲崗,想涼下冷氣,地點就只有PENTAHOTEL比較好.今日都唔例外,是日4點到達,就叫一些COCKTAIL等朋友黎由於COCKTAIL有7折既關係,迫住叫黎飲叫左杯BERRY CRUSH$62就是MOJITO既莓版,老實說莓味不足,飲落都係檸汁同薄荷葉為主題,酒味比較輕,不太苦,天氣熱飲呢類既COCKTAIL最爽.不過落左莓個賣相又幾靚既等埋朋友黎,故已經飲完,真係灰,所以又叫杯CUBA LIBRE$62就是可樂和RUM既混合,再加上LIME一片.味道就是酸酸地既可樂加上苦苦甜甜既RUM.可以話係成人既可樂,男人既浪漫飲咁多點都要食野,叫左$38 香辣羊肉串燒.羊肉面有孜然粉,加上黑椒,十分開胃.羊肉不算很柔軟,但羊味不淡,起馬食出是是燒出來$32 豬皮羅白魚蛋,羅白已煮到很入味,充滿咖哩上湯之類既咸味,豬皮同樣,但有一點彈牙既口感,魚蛋既魚味也是不錯,質感比較實一點.整體醬汁既香料味和咖哩味是存在,但建議再加強一點.以3X元小食黎講算抵食,畢竟我都未見過酒店有咁平既野BTW可能因為做緊團購關係,我地坐到6點3左右就被服務員告知要離開.但係點解你唔問下我會唔會食A LA

$32 豬皮羅白魚蛋,羅白已煮到很入味,充滿咖哩上湯之類既咸味,豬皮同樣,但有一點彈牙既口感,魚蛋既魚味也是不錯,質感比較實一點.整體醬汁既香料味和咖哩味是存在,但建議再加強一點.

團購自助餐,低食同幾好食。。。準時1830開動,成個場都唔算迫,平日仲要8,9成人食buffet,但大部份團購,食物無話特別主題,即係基本嘢囉,可以叫東南亞美食卦,但味道不錯,先食個紅燒牛肉,un左少少,但味道不錯,仲有rib食,都ok....跟手食下三文魚,八爪魚,三文魚幾鮮甜,好多人攞,但無吞拿魚,可惜。。。接住又食d凍食,長蟹腳,蝦,螺等,算鮮甜,所以又食左兩三rounds, 再o黎食d地道食物,乜重慶雞,伊麵,魚等,一般啦,因為開始飽了,哈哈。。。見到有d煎餃子,牛肉點心,再食多兩三件,又幾好味,好了,i'm stuff,當然仲有d乜咖喱食品,總知buffet基本嘢食都有,但年紀大了,不能樣樣食,無計....其實係個胃留少少位食甜品ma,格仔餅加雪榚,正!另又食左豆腐花,幾滑,仲有一d cake仔,有款朱古力好食,但唔記得乜名,簡單講,呢個團賺價,食品算好了,當然地點肯定唔係好,只係勉強叫近鑽石山mtr,但係都叫新酒店ma,住附近的街坊,可以去馬

不知大家心目中在自助餐的「回本位」是甚麼?說出來亦難以置信,就是比較今晚的即煎鴨肝、即開生蠔、松葉蟹等人氣自助名物,廚師先熬上湯後再加入螺頭、冬菰、瑤柱,再燉的無限refill足料醇厚燉湯,成本不比凍海鮮平宜,對於「湯人」而言喝兩盅已「止蝕」。而同場每次只能做兩底的即製窩夫,供不應求下每件也熱辣辣「脆」味十足,還有驚喜是大廚做來娛興的私伙「菲林卷」,薄滑不油,滿滿芝麻香加上略帶起砂的效果,驚喜得無話可說, Pentahotel Hong Kong, Kowloon 的「潮食街」也真是有趣的地方。

沙律我食咗凱撒沙律加煙肉,羅馬生菜新鮮,一般酒店沙律嘅水準,冇特別,我純粹係為咗食D菜。

其他熱嘅野,我就比較中意呢D,味道幾啱我胃口:
- 法式忌廉煮青口
- 龍蝦湯
- 響螺頭燉湯
- 鵝乾多士
- 西蘭扒、羊架
- 燒雞翼、燒墨魚丸、牛丸
- 白胡椒湯煮花甲
- 重慶麻辣雞煲
- 忌廉芝士局薯仔

其實仲有義大利粉檔同麵檔,open kitchen style,但我冇食到因為已經好飽。

甜品話係by Tony Wong,不過我冇食,因為已經好飽 同埋我唔係好食甜品。朋友就話木糠布甸好好食。
我只食咗綠豆沙+木桶豆腐花。
雪糕係Haagen Dazs,有四種味
還有即製waffle格仔餅,配雪糕和生果好啱。

總結:整體係物超所值(團購價錢,直接同酒店買的),而且D侍應都幾好,好young 但有禮貌,收碟都好勤快。唔明點解有D人寫得咁差呢?

塲內仲有其他嘢嘅,不外乎燒腊呀鹵水嗰三數樣,但係得個咸字!

甜品數埋都吾夠6款,最嬲係連最基本嘅水果都係得3樣咋。

一間新嘅酒店坐落新蒲崗,冇諗過會去果度食buffet,但係原來k11有free shuttle , 20分鐘就到。見到都唔少人。果度冇生蠔,冇所謂因為我唔食,但見到好多平時buffet 冇嘅嘢.先試'老'水翼同豬直,味道不錯.只有兩種魚生,還有美味蟹腳。最驚喜有松子魚,雖然只係用魚柳,但睇得出功夫,好味.仲有棘雞煲,可惜我接受唔到咁棘.當然唔少得嘅係麵檔,冇味精嘅湯,good.驚喜接著,居然有我一向鍾意嘅Tony Wong 蛋糕,仲唔只一款任食。太飽了,見到Hagan Daz 雪糕都食唔落. 此為另加$42嘅檸樂~~ 左邊果小支係鮮榨檸檬汁!! 嫌唔夠酸可以落埋佢, 我就落晒成支~ 超級酸但好過癮又開胃!

唔知係咪因為劣評都算幾多... waiter/waitress都好alert咁留意顧客反應~ 斟水快收碟快, 禮貌又好好~~!!

Other Info. : 酒店落腳於工廠區, 去到時見到周圍真係難以相信呢度都可以起酒店..hahaa 無計, 香港太細~ 入到酒店就好似去左另一個世界~ 裝修佈置新潮, 感覺舒服~ 自助餐6點半開始, 不妨早少少到, 因為餐廳外有兩個game room, 有wii玩有桌球打~ 好過癮! xd

隨著郵輪碼頭嘅發展,新蒲崗已由原本嘅工業區漸漸轉營,開左好多中價食肆,仲有商埸同酒店。Pentahotel係新蒲崗第一間3星以上嘅酒店。今次係我自佢8月正式開幕以來第一次光顧。餐廳走簡潔路線,採用左Open Kitchen設計,廚師煮緊乜,客人都可以清楚睇到。午市没有提供自助餐,只有套餐同一些單點食品供應。食物以港式茶餐廳食物為主。我點左xo醬干炒牛河餐(跟餐有酸辣湯,同一杯嘢飲)。牛河炒得都幾香口,但肥左D酸辣湯味道調教得出奇地好,用料都恰到好處杯凍檸茶就認真麻麻,無茶味。依度無論服務,裝修至到食物都好茶餐廳,好彩新開張有8折,價錢還可接受。
