I come here whenever I dont feel like eating a lot. This place is under the escalator to Soho.They have several choices of soup (pork bone/ prawn) and ramen (thick/thin/hard/soft) to choose from and you can add ingredients as you please (addtional noodles/egg/seaweed/cha siu/prawn). Had the Prawn Soup Ramen ($110) today. The Soup is awesome, not too salty, and despite only one, prawn was also pretty decent too. Recommended.

星期日去PMQ,想去嘅幾間餐廳都冇開,朋友話好耐冇食拉麵,就入咗呢度試下。叫咗大蝦湯麵,可以揀蝦湯或者豬骨湯,咁我當然揀前者啦。麵一黎到就飲啖湯先,有蝦嘅甜味,但比起一虎嘅海老虎湯麵淡好多,溫度亦唔夠熱。至於麵,要了硬嘅幼麵,煮得啱啱好,係我想要嘅,掛到湯汁!配料嘅大蝦有羔而且幾爽甜;厚切嘅豚肉好爽唔油膩,但唔知係咪師傅將佢用焗爐焗完就放喺麵上面,我覺得啲肉同碗湯麵有種分離感,唔夠match;糖心蛋中規中矩;蔥段有齊大細兩種,都幾少有,而且令個湯頭香d;貢菜鹹鹹爽爽同個湯都幾夾。我對湯頭嘅要求好高,所以呢碗麵味道只係合格,但價錢唔平,所以到此一遊就夠喇。

去過呢間店舖幾次, 佢地當然有令人滿意同需改善的地方.但總體來講都好好.

滿意地方:
- 蝦湯底放足料, 特別係個蝦肉湯拉麵, 好新鮮!

需改善地方:
- 物價太貴. 一碗拉麵都要起碼$80 到 $110 (不過在中環食野都差5多要呢個價錢)

本來想去蘇豪食越南粉,點知撞正公司高層,薯蓉隊長為免食到周身唔志在,於是行落d繼續搵食,見到對面馬路有間紅噹噹既餐廳,好搶眼,於是衝左入去食。被安排坐係bar檯,見到眼前有幾棵寫住「博多蔥」,咦!叫個香蔥拉麵先,本來想食豬骨湯拉麵,不過落單時,侍應講左句「我地呢到出名食蝦湯,要唔要試下?」好啦,轉駄食蝦湯!碗麵一放係面前已經聞到好大陣蝦味,而且碗麵比我想像中多蔥,鍾意食蔥既就覺得好正,因為可以啖啖湯都有蔥,飲一啖湯,入口已經好大陣蝦味,不過佢就唔係濃湯果種好杰身既質地,所以雖然第一啖好濃蝦味,過左陣已經好似無晒味。要讚一讚個麵,我揀左普通麵身,煮得剛好,唔好過硬/太軟,而且無皂水味(係呀,試過食一碗勁種皂水味既日本拉麵😰)同埋佢個湯都唔係好油,唔會食完好滯。原來佢有杯麵出,不過唔知香港店有無得賣呢?

今日中午途經這間拉麵店,見佢圖片幾吸引咪入去試下,我點左個豚肉拉麵豬骨湯底,全程我都係睇住點整,十分好笑D煮拉麵員工好似唔知自己做緊乜,互相提示點整加咩又欠咩材料,好好笑我估差不多要關門有這些員工,你見佢地煮野態度姿勢就知係煮開雲呑麵既師傅,我同朋友真係笑左,講番碗麵得一塊超薄叉燒一堆筍一隻玉子D麵好明顯係機做無麥香,個湯第一啖係幾濃飲多兩啖唔多對路,頸喝既原來味精湯嚟,我係嗰到飲原三杯水都重喝咁既質素就唔好開嚟害人啦。

逛完MILK MART III,向蘇豪方向走找地方吃晚飯,結果光顧了店面紅噹噹的築地EbiKin拉麵,Ebi日文即是蝦。看餐牌上的價錢好像有點貴,但原來免收加一服務費,所以其實跟一般拉麵店差不多。蟹湯拉麵暫停供應,跟蝦子餅一人一碗海老拉麵($110)。上面那幅相拍不到雞肉,所以再拍一張。蝦湯非常鮮甜,據說每天用上40公斤蝦頭來煮湯,還有甜蝦、豬蹄、雞腳和蔬菜,真材實料熬出來,難怪這麼鮮甜香濃。日本拉麵多數配叉燒,這裡用上雞胸肉,吃起來沒那麼肥膩。聽到鄰座的太太說北海道牛乳布丁($30)十分好吃,蝦子餅也給窩夫點了一個,牛奶味很香,布丁滑滑的,真的很好吃。

午餐路過沒人等候即管一試,二人點了麵豉拉麵、海老拉麵和豬腸煮物,感覺失望,因為麵有重重的鹼水味!!!蝦湯頭一兩口味道還可,但當麵條拌了一會,連湯也有一點鹼水味,同行朋友吃了一半,受不了那味道放棄了半碗。蝦的肉質結實,但不算很鮮味。豬腸煮物還可,入味和夠稔,一致認為是點到的當中最好味。

之前有唔少報導話呢間出名有濃蝦湯底,鍾意食拉麵的我就一早十一點幾到驚要位等麻。去到有幾個人到,唔駛等。叫左個出名蝦拉麵同沾麵,都唔平$110同樣100。因為咁貴所以好大期望,拉麵最要係湯底,先講蝦拉麵,好大陣鹼水味,好似食緊雲吞麵咁,味道淡,如果以用咁多蝦都咁淡真係有點問題。另外油又多,食完感覺好油膩。而沾麵選左粗麵,雖然湯比蝦濃但都係淡,麵完全沾唔到湯味,以咁價錢真係唔值。我同朋友都話好似食雲吞麵咁,唔會再黎試。

海老拉麵 $110

話明蝦湯裡面係招牌,梗係要試。

裡面有蝦、雞肉、蛋、蔥、萵筍同乾蔥頭。 湯呈咖啡色,飲落去有啲似新加坡食到o個種蝦麵,但冇啲胡椒味,呢個冇咁濃。 ok,不過不失,但冇我想像中咁濃蝦味,不過我都飲曬啲湯。

拉麵同一般拉麵店食到o既差唔多,值得一讚啲雞肉,好味,唔肥。朋友話有啲雪味,我又食唔出。估唔到佢配有萵筍,香港好少食店會用,好爽口。

總結: 作為蝦迷,我期待佢啲蝦湯會再濃啲,不過香港唔係好多日本拉麵有做蝦湯拉麵,地點方便而且坐得舒服,ok 可以一試。如果再去,我會試佢個蟹湯拉麵。

海鮮中,我對蝦情有獨鍾。當拉麵還上蝦,我更是沒有抗拒的理由。最近從友人口中得知,來自築地,主打蝦湯的築地えび金來港開設分店,標榜每碗湯均以70隻蝦頭餚出。完全是我喜歡的類型,加上人在中環,實在沒有不試之理。這天中午,就獨自一人沿著扶手電梯,來到荷里活道朝聖。來到荷理活道,才發現原來這裡前身是無名拉麵。之前還沒試過無名拉麵,因為幾位朋友都告訴過我無名拉麵不算特別,不用特地去試。不得不佩服友人的味覺,時間證明一切,今天才知道原來無名拉麵已經靜悄悄的結業了。細看餐牌,奇怪為甚麼上面所寫的只是「50尾分」,是店方印錯?還是真的攪錯?如果香港的蝦隻沒有日本的鮮美,所以要多用一些我也可以理解,但這類低級錯誤,應該是可以避免的吧。店內只有七款拉麵選擇,其中六款是拉麵,一款是沾麵。友人說這裡最好吃的是えび金沾麵,所以我也選這款,他的口味,我絕對相信。拉麵配料大部份都預先設定好,能選的只是麵條種類和硬度,在下單紙選好,就交給店員了。沾麵來到,盤子上有一個暖水壺,店員跟我說這是「滾水」,吃完麵後,倒進沾麵汁,就可再喝湯。還以為是自己聽錯,把蓋子打開,真的不是雞湯,而是貨真價實的滾水,心中已經涼了一截…先放

細看餐牌,奇怪為甚麼上面所寫的只是「50尾分」,是店方印錯?還是真的攪錯?如果香港的蝦隻沒有日本的鮮美,所以要多用一些我也可以理解,但這類低級錯誤,應該是可以避免的吧。

海老拉麵最特別的是多了原隻開邊的大蝦,賣相馬上高級起來,價錢當然也高檔起來。拉麵的蝦湯明顯和沾麵的不同,雖然蝦味也濃郁,但卻隱隱多了一份蝦腥。我一向喜歡吃蝦,所以還能接受得到,但如果換成是其他人,相信未必接受得了。

同樣是雞肉代替叉燒,這碗拉麵還加了不少萵筍。半熟蛋和之前一樣沒改進,那隻大熟蝦也只是隨便弄熟後再放上去的貨色,配料水準是有點失望了。

這裡的拉麵份量都比較少,很快已經吃完,心裡作出比較,相比之下,還是同意友人所說,沾麵比拉麵好。

店子還有其他小食供應,但當拉麵也只是一般,我實在沒信心去試這些小食。

或許是我期望過高,但築地えび金真的讓我有少許失望,蝦湯濃得只剩下蝦味,把豚與雞都拒之門外。不過人在中環,想吃一碗蝦湯拉麵,選擇真的少之又少。如果你也是蝦湯愛好者,建議第一次可選這裡的沾麵,看看會不會是你喜歡的口味呢。
