嚟到即刻試咗啖湯,好香胡椒味,熱辣辣正!豬大腸、豬肺、豬粉腸都好入味,口感好,冇異味。可能我唔識食,覺得豬心硬,細舊啲、薄啲既蝴蝶腩比較好,夠淋夠滑,但大舊啲厚啲既就好硬☹️

食食吓食到幾嚿開始有啲鹹,最後仲越食越鹹,覺得有啲奇怪,我懷疑佢係用鹽水浸過啲豬雜,有啲浸得太耐太入味好鹹,我開頭食嗰幾舊可能浸得冇咁耐,所以仲食到豬什嘅清香味,食食吓仲開始有啲頸渴添😣,太鹹了。同男朋友仔講,佢都覺得係😔

但我去開個頭都會俾多次機會佢,希望下次去食會好似頭頭食嗰幾舊咁冇咁鹹啦😌嗰幾舊真心好味!

呢間喺上環蘇杭街嘅粉麵店今日終於有機會試到,佢最出名嘅就係豬雜所以第一次幫襯就梗係有叫到呢個招牌菜啦。豬潤、豬心、豬粉腸、豬肺、豬大腸、豬肚再加埋個蝴蝶腩,大碗65蚊,細碗45蚊,都咪話唔抵食,淨係新鮮豬雜都已經值回票價,仲要洗得幾乾淨,唔會有陣內臟嘅噏味,連埋個枸杞葉滾嘅湯真係令人食得開心。值得一陣就係佢啲內臟煮到啱啱好,唔會過曬火搞到啲內臟鞋颯颯。不過我覺得最正都係呢個秘製辣椒油,配住啲內臟嚟食真係特別惹味。

they all good and cheap. let see this place.


ordered big mix organ rice noodle 65$.
relatively cheap in such area.
portion incredibly big. i almost cant finish.

what make this special?
1. more variety of organ. they hv pig heart, lung, kidney, belly, stomach, liver, large and small intestine powder. largest variety amongst all.

2. large intestine is not clean, not clean is not bad in organ. especially in large intestine. the little grease make it more yum.

3. they sauce special paralyze sauce. making my mouse paralyzed. sooo refreshing. and very unique.

呢間新開嘅米線小店規模唔大但係見到有賣豬雜幾特別🤪座位同一般粉麵店一樣Expect地迫😅 但係豬雜粉既質素都OK喺呢一區食Lunch都算係CP值可以之選❤️相比之下同區嘅另一小店既豬雜雖然比較貴但味道更加出色⭐️ 豬雜王 🥓叫咗細碗份量都算合格既😚 有豬膶粉腸豬肺大腸同埋蝴蝶腩等等🐷質素合格無腥味但係比我預期無咁爽口同埋有肉味🥲 但係湯底就比較淡而且辣椒唔夠香比較單調🌶️ 如果辣椒油更有層次就更好

呢間新開嘅米線小店規模唔大但係見到有賣豬雜幾特別🤪座位同一般粉麵店一樣Expect地迫😅 但係豬雜粉既質素都OK喺呢一區食Lunch都算係CP值可以之選❤️相比之下同區嘅另一小店既豬雜雖然比較貴但味道更加出色

叫咗細碗份量都算合格既😚 有豬膶粉腸豬肺大腸同埋蝴蝶腩等等🐷質素合格無腥味但係比我預期無咁爽口同埋有肉味🥲 但係湯底就比較淡而且辣椒唔夠香比較單調🌶️ 如果辣椒油更有層次就更好

離島行山後到上環搵食,又攰又肚餓下見到這間豬雜麵店,店外表真係唔吸引,但又攰又肚餓下亂入試下,原來是新開店舖,食物款式不多,主要有招牌豬雜,所以叫碗豬雜米試吓,有細碗$45及大碗$60選擇,首先賣相唔錯,不會因為豬雜令湯底渾濁,食落感覺豬雜洗得好乾淨,沒有豬腥味,豬雜再加入冬菜、唐芹,好香好惹味!每張枱還有一盒醃蘿蔔,加落豬雜食,非常開胃,我食咗半盒有多,好彩是免費的。我覺得這裏豬粉腸很好食,下次可以集中選雙拼或三拼吃多些豬粉腸。

唔係住開呢邊亦唔係喺呢頭返工,係咁啱前幾日喺度附近做嘢經過,見開咗新鋪,有豬雜粉食!淨係知香港唔多食豬雜粉嘅地方,西環就有做得出名嘅仲要排隊,宜家上環都有喇好開心!仲要竟然OpenRice未有⋯ 當日好可惜已食咗野先經過見到,好在再過兩日又會黎呢頭做野⋯ 但著到鬼死咁隆重😂 我都唔理照入黎食,因為唔知下次幾時再有機會黎呢頭⋯ 上手果間燒味其實都做得唔錯,亦見生意幾好,但可能上環嘅燒味競爭太激烈⋯ 希望呢間店做得住啦!好食呀,係清淡嘅,但我就係鍾意佢比較清,成個湯都飲晒!豬雜有好多款,肚、肺、脷、腸、心等等,每樣都有幾件。仲有大同細碗可以選擇,加十蚊有碟菜,但原來配料已經好足、有芹菜、冬菜、芽菜、仲有d應該係枸杞葉!正,非常滿足。唔知係太好食定細碗份量係比較少,食完仲有少少意猶未盡,但專登行過黎食有少少趕住走⋯如果唔係再叫多d野黎試!好似聽到阿姐同食客講開咗三星期,然後有食客話食完專登再帶媽媽黎食,老闆又同食客講琴日有客話覺得個湯底唔夠味,今日專登落多d豬手落去煲,等佢厚身d,係有誠意嘅,我見另一枱嘅女士客人都同我一樣成碗食清光連湯都湯晒~ 老闆見我急急腳食完埋單走人都問做乜唔慢慢食坐多

經過見到新開張,第一眼睇錯係刀削麵🤣入到去先知主力做豬雜粉,40蚊碗以同區嚟講算抵食!我最後散叫三餸麵,蝴蝶腩、豬潤和蘿蔔配油麵。無叫嘢飲32蚊埋單。真心抵食!份量都ok,好足料,湯底幾鮮甜。唔想排隊食豬雜粉,又想經濟嘅上環打工仔,可以試下😉
