餐廳布置已經好有異國風味, 菜式當然都係,服務員多半講英文為主, 餐廳有個bar 台.地方都夠大.餐廳主打係黑毛豬, 整好晒一片片俾人食, 味道係偏濃烈, 唔中意食濃味既人未必岩,味道仲有小小偏咸~ 我覺得調整得唔錯,呢個主要係佢個醬整得比較出色, 我同朋友都覺得個醬汁好好味,點腸仔都好食, 腸仔有點小燶的感覺.牛扒就用左好多野去調味本身, 所以基本上唔需要加任何汁,or其他料, 但係可以加多小小既係配料, 因為驚客人其實會唔飽,因為呢個都算係main黎, 肉身偏爽硬, 唔算好軟, 偏向美式個種既牛.基本上服務比較好, 地方都坐得舒服.之前飲左好多酒, 今次就唔叫酒飲啦~

牛扒就用左好多野去調味本身, 所以基本上唔需要加任何汁,
or其他料, 但係可以加多小小既係配料, 因為驚客人其實會唔飽,
因為呢個都算係main黎, 肉身偏爽硬, 唔算好軟, 偏向美式個種既牛.

基本上服務比較好, 地方都坐得舒服.

My tonsillitis took a little longer than expected to heal so I had to spend the entire week eating at home to rest my tonsils. Deep fried rice pudding with orange and saffron sauce - Of course, I didn't stop there. More desserts in the form of rice pudding balls, deep-fried and drizzled in a saffron sauce. Love the orange zest inside the rice balls for a little bit of different texture and mild acidity. Fairly nice.

I had to fight off the temptation to check out chef Alvin Leung's Plato 86 at Brim 28 to come here this afternoon but it's all worth it. Thank you chef Lynch for a wonderful meal again. I would most definitely be back pretty soon (Just the tortilla is worth the visit).

We went to El Cerdo for lunch. Besides the flawed concept of their set lunch every dish tasted turkey wonderful. I say flawed because they have lunch sets ranging from $128-148 which contain one soup or salad and 2 tapas, which are incredibly small and won't satisfy most people.The only hearty option from their tapas selection is the chorizo tortilla (in the $138 menu) or crab tortilla (in the $148 menu) the rest were just bite sized food -coffee and 2 churros you can add for $20. The only hearty option from their tapas selection is the chorizo tortilla (in the $138 menu) or crab tortilla (in the $148 menu) the rest were just bite sized food -coffee and 2 churros you can add for $20. So overall I would say not an ideal place for lunch but I am enthusiastic to go back there for drinks and snacks as the prawns, iberico pork and mussels were cooked and flavored beautifully. There was so many flavors in each dish including the pumpkin soup which can be bland in other places
