吃八爪魚最怕靭,但如慢煮就肯定沒有這問題了。八爪魚厚肉又軟腍,面頭是一粒酸豆 (味道有點像酸瓜),很搭配;最令我驚喜的是墊底的薯仔,甜得有點像番薯,很impressive!

蘆荀大大條,但一點也不老,爽嫰鮮甜;黑毛豬火腿是薄薄的一塊,油香重,味濃無渣;別忘了面頭的64度蛋,半生熟,搖晃起來蛋黃盪來盪去的 (可看文末影片),可愛又美味!

七刹請食lunch, 我去到佢已在吧枱坐低,今次餐廳旺場,差不多坐滿。今次多咗2個貴些少的午市套餐($118及148如無記錯)。今次餐湯好似是忌廉西蘭花湯(因為無寫出來),黄黄地色,有香草,只見幾點花但有西蘭花味,又唔係太腻,好滑。一邊食一邊欣賞金髮廚師廚藝,煎豬腩肉~好香(下次要試);炸鮮鱿,好白净,炸完擺上抽油機之上的爐烘乾,不油;迷你漢堡包,生菜醬汁雞蛋,牛肉扒;燒羊肉串等等;金髮廚師純屬工序,食物擺設,醬汁配合,瀟灑調味;看著他制作表演藝術。他取小板放沙樂味腸,幾款風乾火腿,在我右手邊西班豬腿切了2片,在加4角麵包,之後擺在七殺面前,好甘香,滑,西班牙火腿有根,麵包唔夠用😊西班牙肉腸粒煮青口,青口细細幼幼,肉腸比以前食過硬身,無咁粉和淋,有嚼口,咸度可以接受,有香草,濃香西班牙奄列,跟上次一樣咁香咁滑,薯仔夠粉,試真些,係無芝士,兩面小小燶,吱白汁及灑少少红色塩在面,增添色彩及味道。茄汁肉丸,茄汁加香草及調味料,濃香,肉丸好似獅子球,實與鬆之間,恰到好處。最後,甜品西班牙油炸鬼,點朱古力。食完睇完上班。

香脆肉桂條對於我黎講係西班牙餐廳必叫既食物之一,自從一年多前試過之後就對佢念念不忘,熱辣辣既churros上面灑上 icing sugar,入口外脆內軟,帶有淡淡既玉桂味,配埋香滑既nutella朱古力醬,真係令人食到停唔到口。

呢度環境同食物都算唔錯,雖然每樣食物價錢算平,但係賣相比較的骰,所以兩個人都要叫返十樣八樣野食先夠飽,平均消費都要200幾蚊。不過餐廳無強制加一服務費,客人可因應店員既服務而自行決定俾幾錢貼士既。

因為今日特登去灣仔整野, 沿經一間幾特別既餐廳, 門口見到好多酒,我開頭以為係酒吧, 睇真D原來係食西班牙菜除左西班牙海鮮飯 & 油炸鬼外, 我其實未食過西班牙菜, 就決定入去hea下試下侍應安排左我地對住open kitchen 既高枱梳化坐, 座位設計特別高D, 原來係別有用心侍應先倒杯凍水同埋遞menu俾我地我地睇下menu時, 左邊係lunch set, 右邊係drink list, 但lunch set 只係星期一至五當我地諗點解無散叫menu, 原來我地睇漏眼, 先發現印左係張餐紙到, 有西班牙文亦都有英文翻譯, 都唔會睇唔明我地叫左4樣野, 甜品同埋飲品Pan Con Tomate鮮蕃茄蓉法包,賣相好似pizza, 係脆薄既法包上鋪滿新鮮蕃茄蓉, 係凍食既款式, 味道好清新,底下既法包同我地見開既法包唔一樣, 呢個似餅乾或者薯片, 焗得非常香脆可口Pulpo, Patatas y Alcaparras Cerezo 慢煮八爪魚配薯仔酸豆,擺款精緻, 一層搭一層, 最頂係酸豆, 中間係新鮮彈牙八爪魚肉, 最底係香脆薯塊, 最後放上檸檬絲&類似蔥粒, 加添色彩, 令食後更開胃

一直睇住廚師準備西班牙奄列, 原來步驟幾複雜,
奄列來到之後, 係圓形厚身既蛋餅,
同我以為既奄列又好唔同, 表面係蛋包整齊地包住薯仔粒&洋蔥絲, 薯仔粒軟淋, 口感十足, 味道好好, 比較食慣左既美式奄列, 充滿新鮮感

最後飲品, 食西班牙菜, 當然要配搭西班牙酒- Sangria, 我地叫左一杯, 如果多人飲, 可以叫一Jar,
味道清爽, 唔會太甜, 唔單止有葡萄酒既香醇, 仲有青蘋果既香甜, 好易入口,
最後連青蘋果粒都食埋, 吸哂葡萄酒味
