we had the flight of steaks. i dont really remember what its called. but what i remember was the way of cutting the steaks can actually change the steak a lot.so reminder 1: cut your steak in the right orientation.reminder 2: do not leave the steaks on stove for so long to keep them goodreminder 3: ask for medium rare if u want medium etcthe mashed potatoes taste really good, and so are the rest of the sides! continue reading

中環新扒房!位於蘇豪區,一間嚟自越南嘅阿根廷扒房。佢哋嘅牛扒都係澳洲同美國進口,有品質保證😋Black Angus Filet Steak 125g ($228)。澳洲🇦🇺牛肉味非常香濃,加上廚師手勢好,medium rare絕對無過火,肉汁完全鎖死係牛肉入面,真係非常之好食!而且serve牛扒嘅時候,係會烘住喺個爐上面拎過黎,確保牛扒保持住熱辣辣嘅溫度。主菜前,會先serve熱辣辣無限refill十分好食嘅麵包🥯,配合蒜茸牛油同辣椒橄欖油,真係好香口。麵包表面微微烘烤,入邊鬆軟,真係另一個特別推薦嘅食物。 continue reading
