we had the flight of steaks. i dont really remember what its called. but what i remember was the way of cutting the steaks can actually change the steak a lot.so reminder 1: cut your steak in the right orientation.reminder 2: do not leave the steaks on stove for so long to keep them goodreminder 3: ask for medium rare if u want medium etcthe mashed potatoes taste really good, and so are the rest of the sides!
