和某人在銅鑼灣吃飯,沒計劃吃甚麼,最後他想起了這餐廳於是就跑來了。說起來,這餐廳開了一段日子,不過也許是身處樓上的關係,總不太起眼,這晚八時多到達,餐廳很大,所以也只是半滿狀態,所以就佔上了卡座。又,餐廳的其中一角,設了吧檯/生啤機等,讓人可以好好的喝上一杯。前菜要了大蝦柚子沙拉,蝦不大,不過是非常爽甜彈牙,吃得出是新鮮貨色,柚子稍大塊了一點,不過入口多汁味美,跟魚露麻油弄成的沙拉汁很相配;伴碟的米通只有著淡淡米香,卻是香脆非常,讓沙拉有著更豐富的口感,整個配搭都很不錯!牛油雞翼,聽侍應大叔說是這裏的名物,不過鄙人一向都喜歡吃牛油雞翼的就是啦。這裏的雞翼現叫現炸,上桌的時候牛油味相當香濃,外皮酥脆,入面卻還是肉嫩多汁,蒜茸的分量不多,不會蓋過了牛油的味道,好好好好吃,果然是名物!另外也點了香芒蟹肉炒飯,大概是下了芒果的關係,炒得濕了一點,不過蟹肉分量不少,入口吃著啖啖蟹肉還是非常滋味,芒果吃得出是下了兩個,因為一個很甜另一個就帶酸,哈哈。兩個人吃了以上的已是飽撐得很,買單約$240,不算貴,也許是客人不太多的關係,侍應大叔也很勤快有禮,是一家不錯吃的餐廳呀。

另外也點了香芒蟹肉炒飯,大概是下了芒果的關係,炒得濕了一點,不過蟹肉分量不少,入口吃著啖啖蟹肉還是非常滋味,芒果吃得出是下了兩個,因為一個很甜另一個就帶酸,哈哈。

兩個人吃了以上的已是飽撐得很,買單約$240,不算貴,也許是客人不太多的關係,侍應大叔也很勤快有禮,是一家不錯吃的餐廳呀。

突然想吃越南菜,openrice 了一下,找到了這間店~這是樓上店~地方頗大~我大概7pm 左右到達,店內人不多,馬上有位~友人點了:原隻菠蘿炒飯$9x頗貴的一個炒飯,沒什麼菠蘿粒:/但味道是ok 的~但我不覺得值九十多元:/我點了:燒豬肉撈檬($5x)我很愛吃撈檬的!因為感覺清新些,而且我很愛撈檬的汁!以我不吃辣的人來說, 這兒的汁偏辣~ 但撈檬的size 頗大~吃得很飽~ 而且價格合適Like!最後叫了一碟小吃鮮蝦紙米卷($4x)這個米卷, 很強烈的香茅味 而且太多檬粉了~不好吃:/但總的來說還是ok 啦~

None of the dishes were exciting in fact. The spring rolls were small and over fried. There was not much shrimps or meat in the fried rice or noodles. Each of us paid approximately $180 for dinner.

Finally, I consider the charging for tea (chai fee) on top of the 10% service charge as unreasonable. Also, it was not good tea! In fact, it is rare practice for Vietnamese restaurants in HK to charge tea fee-- a practice that should be discouraged!!!!

Environment: Pleasant and spacious. However, it is kinda dark because there is also a bar attached to it so it might not be suitable for family gatherings.

As a result, greedy me added an order of steamed roll ($12) and a "3-coloured drink" ($10) to my set. The steamed rolls were okay. There was quite a bit of filling inside, which included meat, veggies wtc..As for the drink, it was quite thick in texture and was too sweet for me.

 This dish was very tasty. The beef was tender, not dry or chewy at all; just a bit greasy. The rice too was flavourful and was a perfect side dish for the beef. This dish was really heavy though. I was full all day.

My grandma gave me some of hers because she couldn't finish it; giving me an opportunity to try the pork that I almost ordered. Hers was the Lemongrass Porkchop with Rice($41). My grandma thought that the pork was really good. I thought it wasn't bad as well. Although the pork was a bit dry, the flavours were all there so it was good. Even the rice was good because it wasn't just plain rice. It was flavoured.

Final Verdict:
This place is quite a catch in the Causeway Bay area. The food was good and the service was good. I would go again!

香茅豬扒撈檬勁大碗,配料除了份量十足的豬扒外,還有青瓜絲、蘿蔔絲、蔥粒和少量花生等蔬菜消減熱氣。預先切成條狀的香茅豬扒易於入口,厚度適中,且煎得色澤金黃,賣相誘人。然而,煎得過久,肉質過於乾身,口感較韌,香茅味也不算突出,幸整體味道不錯。檬粉稍嫌未夠鬆散,但撈入自家製酸甜得宜的魚露後,可稍為弄散檬粉,吃起來清新兼帶點酸香,咬落爽口彈牙,口感不俗﹗

可能無咩人既關係,撈檬好快就到左,烤牛肉唔錯,有香味,最重要係佢既汁,係用魚露做底加埋店家既秘方整,非常適合普遍香港人既口味,雖然無佢地係FB上(我有做後補功課
)講到沖破味蕾咁恐怖,但係甜甜地同埋可以帶出撈檬既味道特色,搞到我一唔小心就倒左半支XD

個撈檬既份量非常多,作為宵夜黎講有D多,D紫椰菜同紅蘿蔔絲好似唔駛錢咁一大堆,不過最誇張係D烤牛肉,有六到七舊,食完我個口都有D累!

整體黎講算唔錯,不過終歸唔係正餐,如果下次有機會,我會想係晚餐既時候食多次,我見佢有個生蝦刺身好似幾吸引,都係$98左右。

埋單係我朋友比既(唔好誤會!),所以大概幾錢就唔多肯定,不過兩個人好似一百有找,係銅鑼灣食越南野呢個價錢都算唔錯!可能係因為樓人舖所以先咁少人,所謂酒香都怕巷子深嘛!
