乸嘅蟹膏會特別多,所以一開始已經急不及待開左乸嘅黎食。打開蟹蓋,肉豐膏滿,食一口,滿口膏香,足以繚繞三日!接著用食蟹專用的羹,撩啲蟹肉出來,肉質鮮甜,我地一日3隻,食到舔舔脷!它的醋汁也不得不提,用來點一點蟹肉,味道顯得更豐富!侍應喺我地差唔多食完之際,再遞上一小杯薑水,薑湯落胃,驅寒暖胃。
