My colleague recommended a new restaurant nearby ( Tin hau) and so I decided to came here for dinner after work tonight.Maybe it was a monday night, we could walk in without having to wait. We got a seat beside the windows, where We could see there were some balcony seats, looking chill. The atmosphere seemed to be good, but It wasn’t a spectacular view to us, so we didn’t request to sit outside. We ordered a sliced tuna, boneless chicken wings and a truffle soup. Sliced tuna was nice, cold serve

We ordered a sliced tuna, boneless chicken wings and a truffle soup. Sliced tuna was nice, cold served with a little sour taste from the fruits on top of it, making it very appetizing. We couldnt wait for the other dishes.
Truffle cream was surprising. It was creamy and the truffle taste was strong enough and natural. It was great to go with the dry bread. It would be great if it could be served with a little more bread. I like this soup.
I was wondering how the boneless chicken wings would look like, and it was quite out of my expectation that it was served like skewers. The flavour on the chicken wings was quite out standing, but it would be better if it could be more juicy. Overall it was 👌🏼
Here comes the mains! A spacatelle Tbh i was not sure what it was on the spacatelle, it didnt look especially attractive to me so I skipped it haha, yet as the first time to try spacatelle, it was pleasant. The pasta was chewy, i like its texture quite a lot. There were some cheese like stuff on it, not sure what it exactly was, yet it was nice to go with the pasta. It is quite a special and fresh dish to me.
Carbonara, it looks nice with palmar hams on it. The palmar hams were nice. The pasta is chewy too yet i would prefer some more creamy sauce/ richer flavour. I personally like the spacatelle more.
Dessert time~ the tiramisu was quite specially served, with the “components “ separating from each other. It was creamy and slightly like the texture of a mousse, which is nice.
This is my first time to try this dessert, it was quite crispy.
A night with creative dishes!
