意大利窩芙卷$78,話係西西利甜品,初初還以為2大片厚身窩芙,原來是像雪糕窩芙甜筒,餡有的粉紅红梅,不酸不甜,混入滑滑芝士,質軟實,但又不咸,灑開心果仁碎,淋檸檬忌廉汁,整體可口,以此價有點细件。

先點了Australian Wagyu M5 Rib Eye with Green Salad同Grilled Iberico Pork Chop with braised savoy cabbage,呢兩道菜絕對能夠滿足各位食肉獸嘅慾望;

M5澳洲和牛肉眼扒,肉味香濃,廚師將肉眼扒嘅邊位煎到焦香,但切開嚟仍然非常粉嫩,完全做到pink in the middle嘅效果,處理得恰好,值得一讚。

Beef cheek rigatoni was very yummy - rigatoni I didn’t normally like (cos too hard and big for me), but this one was done perfectly al dente, loved the texture- chewy but not hard. Balanced well with the beef cheek and peppers.

We tried Etna as we would be close to Tin Hau that evening
We arrived before 6:30 and lovely and quiet, started to fill up closer to 8pm
Started with the Tuna Carpaccio and Fried Calamari and Shrimp (my favourite)

Then had the Soft shell crab Fettucine - Lovely handmade thin pasta with "spring"
Recommended to try the Iberico Pork Chop prepared for several hours and cooked to "pink in the middle", but came dry and reminiscent of 
char siu 

The chatty server (I didn't get her name had been great all evening, from recommending which beers to have in which order 
, to recommending dishes to try), came and asked us how we found it, and saw it was overcooked, then offered to exchange it - we rarely voice disappointment (just don't go back), and was refreshing to be asked how we found the meal and proactively remedying the situation.  
Finished off with Mascarpone mousse - bitterness of cake and chocolate contrasting with sweetness of caramel and mousse

Our server was great, some other staff seemed to be learning the ropes, still a new restaurant.  
We will likely come back to try the lunch and to try the outdoor seating with friends.
Overall a very enjoyable experience

前菜我選了Grilled Humboldt Giant Squid,魷魚入口的質感係好似食frozen yogurt 既mochi 咁,軟綿綿的,有點煙韌,好特別。魷魚通常比較爽硬較難咬,呢碟前菜完全顛覆我左食魷魚的印象,入口軟綿綿的魷魚,加上微辣的調味,令人好想慢慢嘴嚼,細味每一片魷魚。

Main dish 係5成熟的Brandt Beef Tri Tip Steak,賣相好靚,粉紅色的牛扒已切開一片片,還有伴碟的番茄粒及青瓜粒。輕嚐一小口,牛扒好林,容易咬開,沒有渣,加上外層炭燒過的香味,味道很豐富。還可以連番茄粒及青瓜粒一齊食,味道更清新,也能解膩。點5成熟的牛扒,香港的餐廳一般會over cook至6-7成,這份牛扒是真正的medium rare,牛扒剛好能輕易咬開,保持嫩滑,很久沒食過如此完美的一份牛扒。

老豆話想食西餐,之前book mark左etna.地理位置超好就係天后地鐵站A2 出口附近,超級方便老豆鍾意飲白酒配海鮮,我就揀左橙汁.頭盤揀左蘑菇湯(份量不大,濃郁口感配上小小蘑菇粒,感覺飲唔夠.另外叫左poached prawn 配白酒,蝦身彈牙有嚼勁.配上橄欖油非常夾居然有烤雞翼,鎖住肉汁,帶有小小碳燒味,不像傳統炸雞翼那麼油膩主菜方面選擇seafood bouilla 份量不盡人意,一隻蝦幾個蛤有點強差人意,份量不算大.還好叫了Tri tip steak 6成熟,切開的肉還是粉嫩粉嫩,帶有濃濃肉味配上小番茄,接觸油膩的感覺.最後甜品選擇提拉米蘇還有piont grigio growe (類似蛋捲的棒裡面有芝士)

Very fruitful breakfast with sausages, tomato scrambled eggs,steak and potato bread toast! - This was the worst dish...I was not expecting the pasta texture looks like “soaked”.. soft like souped noodles🍜... For me, I believed pasta is always the soul food of an Italian restaurant. This was totally disappointed☹️👎🏼


For the 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙛𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙢, we ordered 2 glasses of white wine, when the waiter pouring out the wine, he was a kind of measuring very carefully... You can see how little the amount of the wine was in the picture...We saw some guests were complaining about the wine as well. However, I found their senior staff was pouring a great amount of wine (half glass) which is in standard I will say. Perhaps the staff was not well-trained and their services were not in equal standard.


Overall, the atmosphere was really good and all dishes were in pretty presentation💕! But all dishes were overpriced with small portion and unequal qualities. I seldom score down a restaurant like this.. but it really disappointed me.

見有幾個網站都有介紹呢間新開嘅意大利餐廳所以今日專程同男朋友嚟朝聖位於新嘅商業大廈3樓,一啲都唔難搵,而且係新裝修,感覺更加好餐廳做緊唔同嘅Offer 368有兩枝酒抵到爛!但2個人又飲唔到咁多,唯有等下次同朋友聚會再嚟 (希望Offer仲係度)飲唔到2枝姐, 2杯都ok嘅叫咗紅酒 Shiraz 白酒 Chardonnay. 兩個都唔錯㗎 男朋友話覺得白酒可以再酸啲就Perfect前菜我哋叫咗 Tuna Carpaccio, Grilled Humboldt Giant Squid 同埋 Warm Jumbo Asparagus + Lentils3樣都好好食啊!Squid雖然唔係爽口,但食落好滑,調味又唔會太濃蓋過鮮味蘆荀都相當有驚喜,從來無諗過配Goat Cheese係咁夾主菜叫咗Seafood Bouillabaisse 同埋 Brandt Beef Tri Tip Steak 海鮮略嫌份量少,但好食搭救 龍蝦汁唔假而且味道好好,亦食得出海鮮相當新鮮牛扒就一啲都唔孤寒,非常大份肉質鮮嫩,又幫手切埋,非常方便 食完主菜,叫多2個甜品 Sicilian Cannoli超級好食啊!開心

3樣都好好食啊!Squid雖然唔係爽口,但食落好滑,調味又唔會太濃蓋過鮮味

蘆荀都相當有驚喜,從來無諗過配Goat Cheese係咁夾

主菜叫咗Seafood Bouillabaisse 同埋 Brandt Beef Tri Tip Steak
海鮮略嫌份量少,但好食搭救
龍蝦汁唔假而且味道好好,亦食得出海鮮相當新鮮

牛扒就一啲都唔孤寒,非常大份
肉質鮮嫩,又幫手切埋,非常方便

Sicilian Cannoli超級好食啊!開心果味夠出
兩個甜品都唔會太甜太漏
好啱香港人口味
