Long time not in Tin Hau area already, yesterday a group of four was suppose to go to Kin's Kitchen for Dinner, when we turn into Tsing Fung street a very bring sign which attract our attention. There is a new Japanese restaurant (Etsu Sushi) then four of us decide to try it out, the door was a bit wired not straight but with an angle which is quite special.
It was very clean and neat with a big contrast to the outside. Lucky we can get the Sushi bar seat, we are attract by the Toro that laid inside the Sushi Bar we start with sashimi we order the seasonal Sardine (very delicious), Yellow tail ..... and end up with the Toro (The Toro was so high grade it is not the same level as the other sushi shop). The Yakitori is also in very very high quality, the Ox Tongue, oyster grill with Miso is so excellent (Strongly recommend)
We also try their own import Sake which is so good and cannot be found in the market (I know the brand from my Japanese friend that is the top ranging Sake in Japan). Unfortunately they don't have any home make desert for ending.
Good, Good, Good, definitely I will be there more often.
