上星期同同事去咗九龍城食火鍋,揀咗有20年歷史嘅「大邊爐」。我哋9:30先入座,啱啱好有優惠,抵食之餘又食得盡興!芫荽皮蛋湯底 $88湯底一上枱就散發出陣陣芫荽香,皮蛋嘅味道溶入湯裡,清甜又唔會太重,打邊爐啱晒。三寶丸 $110必食嘅三寶丸當然要試,牛肉丸咬落夠彈牙,豬肉丸肉香濃郁,而墨魚丸仲要有啲墨魚粒,好彈牙,好滿足!花膠仔 $140係今餐嘅高級之選,煮完之後滑溜溜,吸晒湯底嘅精華,完全唔覺得膩。雙拼雜菇 $44鮮甜爽口,煮耐啲都唔會爛,平時少食素嘅我都忍唔住加多幾塊唐生菜爽口清甜,淥兩淥就食得。四色餃 $92真係驚喜,水餃、魚皮餃、西洋菜餃各有特色,魚皮餃特別滑,西洋菜餃仲有陣淡淡嘅菜香,配埋湯底一流! continue reading
