近日同一班朋友聚餐,我們便搵一間京菜家常便飯一齊吃。裝修日系,門面好靚。入到去裝飾擺設令你好舒服,想再坐一會。因為我們得四人,唯有叫二個佳餚宴。佢幫你切好一條條蟹腳,說實話真的好方便,用食蟹棒棒輕輕力可成條出來。甜甜酸酸話梅酒令蟹腳更添芬香。可惜分量大少,已經是四人份量😧。嘩一聲就無左......瘦肉雞湯,普通。出邊個賽螃蟹係蛋白加醋,這個好足料,除了有瑤柱仲有🦐肉,有口感。正紅燒獅子球,這個做得不錯,獅子球肥瘦適中,食出來好似煎香午餐肉。宮保蝦球,佢太厚粉,令到蝦食出來鞋口。蟲草花翡翠苗又炒得不錯,不會太多油。愛靚嘅女士一定like.全場水餃係最差一碟餸,太厚皮,餡料全部都係菜好少肉。最後都有食剩。跟餐有杏仁豆腐,涼涼地有d 杏仁味可接受。有朋友浩愛拔絲菜餙,最後我們選擇拔絲蘋果,蘋果本身偏酸再掛上糖漿好美味,如果蘋果稍微切細條d會更好呀。食完真的好full

前者都唔使點介紹,而芝麻醬伴茄子則與平時吃到的略有分別,因為在茄子上再加上芝麻醬,

而茄子上有蒜泥下有醬油,已經好夠味,所以我認為麻醬反而令味道變得太濃重。

其實我係一個對於食好懶既人,我好怕要自己落手去拆骨,所以我今晚絕對是一反常態。

我先喝了一口花雕酒,嘩~好正! “好正” 並非單純酒的哽,而是當花雕混和海鮮而漸變出的迷人香氣。正如香水一樣,一款香水嘖在不同人身上所散發出來的香氣也有分別。

阿拉斯加蟹腳好客易被拆出來,其雪白而粗條狀的蟹肉的確很吸引,我再將蟹腳放在花雕酒中浸多一會, 希望親近多點那磁人的香澤。經過加工後的蟹腳果然不同凡響,花雕、話梅夠搶味,但伴上蟹肉則令鮮味上更昇華。而蟹肉富彈性, 啖啖肉更滋味無窮。

We had almond jelly as our dessert and too much syrup from the canned fruits was added. Okay maybe I am too whiny about the food being either too salty or not seasoned enough but this is way too sweet. Just replace the canned fruits with fresh seasonal fruits and it’ll be perfect.

一年一度中學同學聚會又到了,平時各有各忙,難得聚首一堂。大夥兒一起食中式最適合。京菜是大多數人的意願。今晚選了間樓上京菜館,捨棄大路的連鎖店,希望有驚喜啦!先來三小碟頭盤作熱身。滷水豆腐,雞絲粉皮和餚肉。質素平平,餚肉略為鹹了少許。原盅燉靚湯火喉足,清甜滋潤,最適合今日乾燥天氣。其實食京蔥爆牛肉主要係食京蔥,因爆香後非常入味。牛肉亦不錯,肉質軟腍,味道濃郁。另一款相當開胃的崧子松鼠魚塊,酸酸咪咪的醬汁,勁吸引。魚塊啖啖肉不覺油膩,配合醬汁確美味。京式香酥鴨比一般食的有點不同,經炸過後,口感有點似食炸雞。炸過後肉質依然軟嫰。但我個人認為傳統的烤鴨比較好味。肉食多了來一碟上湯腿茸扒津白中和一下胃部的罪惡感。招牌炒飯不錯啊!粒粒分明飽滿,調味亦恰到好處。最後一碗清心的杏仁豆腐花。開開心心歡聚了一個晚上,又期待下次的約會了。

但不知道北京水餃是不是餃子皮會比較厚,

配以雜果,更添口感呢!😳

整體來說,

「京.花朝」環境優雅舒適,食物又幾出色,

其中的花鵰話梅醉蟹腳更是一試難忘,

值得一試呀!😋

這道可說是今晚的最期待菜式, 花雕話梅醉亞拉斯加皇帝蟹腳, 蟹腳的數量有6, 7件, 每件的蟹肉肉質鮮甜, 花雕的酒味不像上海的醉蟹, 醉雞般濃郁. 但淡淡的酒味配合亞拉斯加蟹腳則相當合適, 酒味與蟹鮮味亙不過份. 

不得不讚是食店為每為食客附上工具, 讓人吃時方便及衛生得多, 拆出整條蟹肉全無難度.

本來想點的是乾燒魚塊, 但送上的是松鼠魚塊, 一問下店員亦有禮的回說是落錯單及可換回, 當然地我不會浪費食物及時間, 便一試蘇杭的傳統菜式之一松鼠魚塊,

酸甜的醬汁包著炸得酥脆但不油膩的魚塊, 上面有灑上一些松子. 這個醬汁配飯實在是絕配. 

有一點不足的是, 可能是食店的冷氣充足的關係, 菜式的熱度大約是比暖稍高一點的溫度.

甜品是自己第一次吃的杏仁豆腐, 但樣子看不出那裡像是豆腐. 朋友一說才知原來是以甜杏仁磨漿凝結而成, 因形似豆腐而稱杏仁豆腐. 

吃起來的口感表面有彈性但內裡軟滑, 帶有杏仁及果汁的清香. 配上雜果是很適合夏天享用的一道甜點.

這個套餐的價格以每位$310來說, 價格看來稍高. 但這個餐單的主要焦點在於皇帝蟹腳, 以蟹腳的質素及份量來說則算合理. 

環境光猛裝修堂皇得體, 餐廳的店員有適時替食客換碟, 但上菜速度過快, 以我7:50看畢菜牌點菜計, 坐了好一會才買單才是大約8:50, 明顯地上菜過快. 

另一方面, 自選特色晚餐的菜色較適合夏天享用, 前菜是2款冷盤, 主菜是涼質的蟹腳, 小菜的松鼠魚塊溫度足夠, 但前3款食物已是涼質食物. 而最後的杏仁豆腐亦是冷食, 在炎夏時享用會令人透心涼.

交通方便, 樓上餐廳環境寧靜, 食物質素不俗.

上星期預早與家人吃飯過節 經商議下決定吃家常小菜 要坐得舒服地方闊落一點的 於是決定來到位於銅鑼灣的京花朝 一來地方超級方便又易找 二來有朋友來過, 說餐廳食物質素不錯 而且招呼很周到, 環境佈置優雅寧靜 一家大細來這裡用餐很舒心呢~ 預訂了晚上7時, 到來時客人不多, 只有一、二張枱 環境果然優靜, 而且佈置看來花了很多心機 給人大方清幽感覺, 不錯~~~ 比較過後, 套餐比較抵食~ 每位只需hkd 268, 以4人計, 前菜方面可選3款, 而小菜可選2款 還包了白飯, 甜品和湯品~ 不過最吸睛當然是跟餐的花雕話梅醉蟹腳又或金蒜風沙龍蝦球 由於龍蝦沒有貨, 所以我們就點了梅醉蟹腳呢~ 等了不算太耐就已開始上前菜了~ 侍應很殷勤有禮, 碟子有少許骨都勤於為你更換 而且亦不住為你添水加茶 服務周周, 給人的印象很好~ 前菜方面, 選了夫妻肺片~ 其實我是第一次吃這菜~ 肺片相當可口, 炆得很夠火喉又不會太咸 而且每件肉片都連着少許筋, 相當富口感很0趙頭 很開胃的一款前菜~ 個人最喜愛海淅~ 這裡的 海淅做得相當出色, 首先每條都是厚切又夠份量,入口滑嘟嘟, 非常爽口!

主角出場了- 花雕話梅醉蟹腳, 賣相精美!! 大大隻的蟹腳鋪滿碟子, 而且陣陣的話梅香飄來~

令人垂涎十呎~

蟹腳每隻都是肥肥的, 用上剪刀就可以輕易把肉拆起~蟹肉清甜, 配以淡淡的話梅香

意外地卻能保留蟹味但又不會酸, 單吃這菜就已值回票價呢~

小菜方面點了鳳梨咕嚕肉~ - 咕嚕肉炸得剛剛好, 入口不會太乾, 炸粉不厚, 而且它沒有肥肉,

大細亦是剛好, 可以一啖一件呢~佐以白飯來吃, 真的可以再添二碗飯呢~

下次有機會再來這裡開餐耶~
