上次喺呢度飲個茶,覺得幾唔錯。一於帶屋企人嚟試吓晚飯。今朝行山前先訂枱,並預留了元蹄同片皮鴨。不過經理話皮皮鴨已售罄,佢建議我地食松子魚。家人都很喜歡酒樓環境、裝修先來2個前菜四喜烤麩脆皮素鵝一般松子魚用桂花魚或鱸魚,但佢地用了兩斤幾嘅沙巴躉,怪不得口感完全不同。京燒元蹄經理介紹我地去買海鮮,然後喺酒樓加工。海鮮新鮮亦都要煑工一流,先至有佳肴。海鮮亦吾貴,三樣都喺七百幾加工費 $300經理仲送左2碟豆沙窩餅比我吔,抵讚屋企人都讚不絕口。開開心心一頓晚飯

終於等到星期六,相約幾位好友去西貢呼呼一下新鮮空氣,順便湊湊週日市集的熱鬧。大家未食晏,所以諗住食得飽飽再行,想去飲茶,但大街入面的中式餐廳都迫滿人,所以揀左係大街轉角的花朝軒醫肚。與一般餐館無異,花朝軒不算大,但裝修都幾古色古香。擺左唔少中國風擺設,天花上啲燈都好有特色。 星期日都好熱鬧,我地被安排坐2樓,點左個$398,4位用的商務午餐,有3款冷盤3款小菜,自己再外加幾款點心。呢個餐其實好抵食!商務午餐仲每人奉送醉蟹腳!冷盤雲耳小青瓜、脆皮素鵝仲有蒜泥白肉粉皮都十分不錯,份量都幾多,個粉皮撈自家製甜酸醬好惹味。小菜我最鍾意個菠蘿咕嚕肉,因為炸得香口,夠甜又夠酸,送飯好正。松子魚都好食,不過我地影相耐左,令到個魚無新鮮出爐咁脆。葱爆羊肉一啲都唔羶,加左洋蔥炒,令醬汁多左一份甜味,好食。花雕醉蟹腳大大隻,都算肉厚,花雕酒香,加入左話梅調味。呢度啲點心即叫即蒸,真材實料,好食。我鍾意咸水角,外皮好香脆。黑松露燒賣亦有淡淡松露香。跟餐仲有中式靚湯同埋甜品送,每人百零蚊的價錢,食到咁多野,真係好抵食。去開西貢,不妨一試!

【原盅雲吞雞】送上來時候已經香氣撲鼻,雞湯表面泛起了一層薄薄的膠質,並已經開始凝固成脂膏狀;足證湯底非常濃厚,並且一定熬煮了一段長時間,豬骨及雞骨的膠質才會完全溶解並滲入湯內。

【金蒜風沙大虎蝦】

金蒜風沙大虎蝦並不是傳統的京菜,估計是為了迎合西貢的飲食文化而刻意增添的粵菜風味海鮮菜式。所謂金蒜風沙即是炸香的蒜蓉,但蒜蓉實在炸得太香口、太乾身,而且太過零零碎碎,幼細得有點過份、甚至是太乾硬,引致只有香味而缺乏那種正宗避風塘的香辣口感;幸好蝦肉仍然吸收到蒜香、肉質又非常爽口。

好彩一早訂好位,入到去都差唔多坐滿咁濟跟住就安排我地2人坐左張4人台位置都幾闊落,雖然就唔及出面啲大排檔咁熱鬧嘈吵,就想靜靜三五知己或二人世界坐低傾計都係不二之選我地好快就揀好左食咩先黎冷盤再黎就跟住都唔記得原來有湯飲再跟住就最後經理話仲有甜品白飯都唔洗叫就已經飽晒整體菜式味道都算幾唔錯,但就有小小偏甜比較適合唔太食得辣既朋友或許小朋友老人家呢啲唔食得太刺激味道既人P.S. 經理同侍應都好好招呼,成日都驚我冇水/茶飲咁,十幾二十分鐘就走黎睇下我個茶壺夠唔夠水XD

門面簡單但不失新潮(太多人我影唔到門面~_~)

係有D銅同有D花紋GE,呢種門面設計好少見

一入門口就見到佢左邊果幅花烏牆紙!!!!!係花烏牆紙花烏牆紙花烏牆紙!!!重要我事耍講3次!!!

勁靚!!!作為偽文青GE我!好想搬開佢D台櫈影返張相先


或者好想提議叫佢俾我坐係呢幅牆隔離!!!!可惜!!!!!初4好多人......無得揀.....T..T.....

年初三去完一轉澳門做野,年初四終於可以同爸爸媽媽飲早茶!由細到大都住係西貢,基本上啲餐廳菜館都食過哂~~行過萬年街見到依間新開既花朝軒,就同家人入去試下!成間店裝修得好靚好GRAND,樓頂有好多吊燈,好光猛!我地叫左啲點心,有蝦餃,小籠包同炸餃子等等,樣樣都好有水準~~小籠包皮厚度適中,唔會太厚太薄易穿,汁又多,熱LALA好好食蝦餃一向係我爸最愛,佢話好好味。蝦肉好爽口大大隻,唔似出面茶樓蒸到一夾就爛蝦又細隻!炸餃子好有驚喜,望落平平無其,但一食落口啲九菜味同肉味都好出,外皮又脆!!食完一碟立即再ENCORE家下諗番都好想食
