The Fat Duck Den is a relatively recent addition to the Sai Kung restaurant scene. Usually come here for lunch about once per week (work nearby). They use to have a set lunch menu - soup, rice with one dish, tea - for ~ HKD 70 but they've changed the menu recently. However the new dim sum lunch menu is also good as well.

沙拉京都骨 ~ 這一道菜比起出面的沙拉京都骨有不同,平時食開的多數都是一大嚿, 沙律醬已經同沙拉骨混合一體。花朝軒的 沙拉京都骨做法是一口一粒的,酸酸甜甜好開胃,沙律醬另上,我又幾欣賞啊!

今日入左西貢,行到七點幾,食埋晚飯回家,見此店門牌華麗就入左去一入去俾我嘅感覺係一間有格調的中菜館,鋪面不大只有幾張,反而更佳,因為更方便同友人傾計聊天看了一輪餐牌仍未有主意,有點想食翅,於是叫左套餐‘二人品嚐宴’一來就是我最想吃的紅燒高湯雞絲翅,碗翅非常濃郁,好重膠質,而且每啖也有翅乳鴿新鮮熱辣,外皮是香脆的西蘭花炒帶子的帶子大大粒,味道鮮甜,而且半碟也是帶子,感覺好富貴,西蘭花亦同樣出色,應該係炒前先獨立調味干煎銀鱈魚扒係這餐最好味嘅一道菜,雖然佢叫干煎,但其實佢係有落汁去煎,煎到佢乾身,佢個汁調味超好味,微甜,而且煎到乾身,令汁完全滲入魚肉內,而且銀鱈魚本身含豐富油份,入口即溶,此配搭可謂完美個蠔仔肉碎粥超多料,而且個湯有香濃既蠔味,超甜蠔仔粒粒大細相約,都幾大粒今日享受到完美嘅一餐,最值得一讚係佢出餸嘅時間䀫到好處,每當一味餸剛好食完,或是差不多食完就出下一味
