每年大時大節同屋企人生日都會去發記食海鮮~雖然位置比較偏、但佢上菜快、而且好食又抵食。例牌必嗌白灼蝦、鮮甜、新鮮、但海鮮始終好睇彩數、今次食嗰啲都偏細隻、大隻會再好食啲椒鹽鮮魷鬆脆!自己响屋企一定唔會炸、同炸唔到呢個效果。大推!蒜蓉扇貝、蒜蓉蟶子、蒸到剛剛好~ 剛剛好就係、扇貝好容易就挑到出嚟、唔會黐實個殼、聖子唔會過韌、然後粉絲同蒜蓉都好香好好食。好鍾意佢畀蒜蓉從不手軟上湯龍蝦鮮美!好多肉呀又係煮到剛剛好!好甜!師傅好野!希望一直keep到個品質~去食飯已經變成我嘅家庭活動。會繼續支持
