第一次到布袋澳食海鮮餐。聽聞布袋澳無咁割客同比較老實,突然想食海鮮咁就揸車入去試下。(自己揸車入去無得免費泊車,停車入去要比20蚊小費,不過叫做無限時間)入去坐低就揀左小小海鮮,揀左一隻細既針墨、一隻奄仔蟹、花甲一份、花螺一斤。價錢屬於可接受既範圍。我諗係街市既三倍價錢,但係自己買又要揀,又要清洗海鮮,仲要煮都係工序黎,所以呢d錢值得比人賺既。豉油皇炒針墨針墨肉質爽彈有咬口,不過就無乜味,全靠個豉油皇去調味,個底有韮黃,為成道菜增色不少。豉椒炒花甲夠鑊氣,料頭爆得夠香,花甲係大size果種(係花甲!唔係蕃薯蜆),新鮮又鮮甜,而且每一粒都無沙,調味各樣配合得岩岩好,呢個必食呀!(出街食飯已經好耐都無食過好味既炒花甲)每一碟其實份量都ok個人覺得比起長洲、西貢既海鮮餐廳黎講,布袋澳既海鮮上枱至少係熱辣辣同份量係ok。辣酒煮花螺聞得出有玫瑰露酒既香,少少辣,其實佢個辣酒既味道幾特別。不過我地都係鐘意食返原味既花螺多小小。鹽焗奄仔蟹其實佢個烹調方法係好得,可惜隻蟹啲糕唔夠香。而蟹肉方面,啖啖肉,無泥味無噏味,食得出蟹肉應該有既甜味。食完可以係附近行個圈,吹下海風都幾舒服————————————

個人覺得比起長洲、西貢既海鮮餐廳黎講,
布袋澳既海鮮上枱至少係熱辣辣同份量係ok。

其實佢個烹調方法係好得,
可惜隻蟹啲糕唔夠香。
而蟹肉方面,啖啖肉,無泥味無噏味,
食得出蟹肉應該有既甜味。

蒸魚 凍咗所以我冇食
去發記食海鮮,食出面個環境可以,環境同出品都乾淨企理,一次就夠

環境比2星最主要是冷氣不夠,室內只有兩部窗口機,一路食一路流汗,飲完海鮮湯仲熱🥵。另外d大枱沒有轉盤,夾餸有點唔方便

總共食咗四千三百幾(仲有酒水),是平是貴就見仁見智,不過我就覺得流浮山抵食啲。
