Visiting on a Tuesday, we definitely had to have t-bone for sake of the "T-bone Tuesday" offer. We ordered two pieces of steaks, asking for one cooked to medium while another medium rare. Both of them were rarer than we have expected, but that did not compromise their flavours and texture.

T-bone steak contains a strip of top loin and a chunk of tenderloin, both desired cuts on their own. It is not a fatty cut but was still tender and beefy. Very delectable. The steak came with charred shallots, roasted whole garlics and mustards of our choice.

I ordered a chicken Caesar salad . Honestly the cost is not that cheap but this is seriously tasty with their special sauce.

I am a steak lover so I must eat their steak. You can go to an area showing all steak and choose a piece . They have several types of steak with different prices . I chose a piece of Ribeye which wad weighted 250gram. The type I chose was around $52-53 per gram. I requested medium rare and peppercorn as the sauce . When the steak was served , the staff will provide your four kinds of mustard to choose . You can choose all anyway but I chose french mustard and England mustard. Although the mustard was good and matching the steak , I would still prefer no sauce or just the peppercorn sauce which was already perfect. The chef had done an absolutely great job to cook really medium rare level!! This is very important because most of the time the chef could not make it as perfect medium rare and would only overcook ....
I am very satisfied with this steak . So I definitely will visit here again !!!

P.s. I visited wan chai branch but the steak quality is not as good as here and all steak were overcooked. I am not sure if just that time but I will definitely visit this branch if I want to go to Feather & Bone.

When you crave for good steak with a reasonable price in HK, I think feather and bone is probably the best place to go to ! $168 only for steak and eggs with spinach on the bottom !!! A decent size, perfectly grilled to medium rare grass fed rib eye ! Topped with a double sunny side up eggs !

Disappointing evening servers unfriendly and service was under par. Wine glasses were not refilled, tealight candle wasn’t lit, water was refilled only when requested. Empty dishes were not removed until we asked. The icing on the cake was when we asked for coffee at 9.45pm we were told the coffee machine is closed and they couldn’t serve any. It’s the 2nd time I have tried Feather & Bone and a regrettable one. It was just as disappointing in the mid-level branch as my first time in the Happy Valley branch. The only thing I can say is the Beef rib on the bone was a steal at hk$700 considering it was 1200gms, but that wasn’t well seasoned and was sent back to be recooked as it was too rare when we asked for medium.
There were huge bugs flying around in the restaurant which they didn’t do anything about.

The restaurant was half empty on a Saturday night and service was not attentive. Overall a huge disappointment for myself and guests.

Came here for Valentine’s Day dinner and it turned out that we had the entire terrace for ourselves! The terrace was beautifully decorated with a lot of romantic lighting and some greenery. We ordered a Wagyu Ribeye and grain-fed ribeye. The Wagyu Ribeye was the best steak I have had in 2019! It was perfectly cooked - medium rare, good distribution of fat across the piece of steak. 這間在扶手電梯旁的Feather&Bone, 一直都想試吓,今日揸車經過附近,可以去試試。他們專門有牛扒可以自己揀,他們幫你煮。有一次試過在他們的分店買牛扒,也很好,沒有高級超市的那麼貴。今天吃Brunch, 牛扒有點早吧,點了份牛扒三文治,Egg Benedict 和Cappuccino。牛扒三文治用了Ciabatta 麵包,沒有burger的那麼大,吃得比較方便點。入面配了洋蔥,菜和醬汁,加上牛扒非常Juicy, 十分好吃。另外的Egg Benedict 一般,不過不失吧。但至於咖啡,他們是酸那一種並且沒有咖啡香味,個人不太喜歡。環境挺舒服的,他們還有2樓可以露天坐,天氣好一點可以試試。

The food overall is good. It's consistent across all branches. But there's something about this branch that has the worst service possible even by Hong Kong standards. The restaurant is maybe 1/3 full. Two waiters on the floor. They couldn't be botheres to care. We get seated. No one brings menus. Had to ask. Water had to a ask for two times. The restaurant is maybe 1/3 full. Two waiters on the floor. They couldn't be botheres to care. We get seated. No one brings menus. Had to ask. Water had to a ask for two times. When inquiring about meat options the service didn't know (forget the fact that if you sit at the bar you have to walk to the other side to order your steak even though you are sitting right infront of him as the wait staff is incapable of taking an order).

It got so bad (still 1/3 full) that even the kitchen staff was yelling service and being ignored by the guy and girl working here as they stood at the front chatting. There was a manager briefly around around but he quickly dissapeared.

Love the SYP location and the shop on gage but this is the first and last time at this location.
