今次試一試另一間地道打冷店,店內面積不算太大,環境是傳統打冷店格局。牆上貼滿了不少推介食物的菜單。第一樣試的是滷水鵝片(例牌),鵝片都算入味,但肉質相對較乾身,味道不過不失。金沙鮮魷方面,鹹蛋黃未能完全掛在魷魚炸皮上。味道不太能突出鹹蛋香。椒鹽九肚魚,九肚魚尚算嫩滑,這道菜中規中矩,沒有太大驚喜。黑椒茄子牛仔骨煲,送上來時沒有茄子,應該是廚房漏了加,故此叫店員減返價錢嘅差價。牛仔骨整體味道偏鹹。鹽焗烏頭,這道菜不錯,烏頭肉質不會過老,仍算嫩滑,而且烏頭肥美,內有魚油,推薦👍🏻

入秋嘅夜晚舒服咗好多,呢個時候最好去打冷,就算坐室外都OK。經過呢間打冷舖坐滿人,感覺應該幾好,一於試吓先。蠔仔粥夠2個人share,淡口咗少少,好在蠔仔無乜殼,都飽滿嘅。滷水拼盤 份量都幾多,有齊紅腸、豬腩片、豬腸、鵝腸、蛋、大豆芽、雞腎...個汁幾好食,記住點辣椒醬,好得。食唔晒,打包返屋企,next day再食過。涼拌魚皮 而家唔係好多地方可以食得到,所以一見到又想食。魚皮都幾爽口,凍冰冰,內有紅洋蔥、青瓜。用咗麻辣汁,好惹味,所有嘢都係爽爽脆脆。椒鹽九肚魚呢個唔得咗,唔夠味,炸得唔夠,魚肉太濕。望見隔離枱有炸蠔餅,大份又靚仔,可惜食唔落喇,無叫。‼️呢間打冷舖門口有級唔出奇,但竟然好細級,店內都幾大,算係好方便輪椅人士去當然坐店外都得啦。

2020年6月6日7:30和朋友仔係元朗行完街街要搵啲好野食吓,行到落雞地見有間潮州菜館叫「飛陽砂窩粥潮洲打冷小廚」有個靚仔招呼我們,入到去見環境都算乾淨,坐低叫左鵝片拼墨魚🦑、豆卜大荳芽,先來個大荳芽,食落唔會太鹹太油膩,用咗麻油吊味,味道啱啱好,嚟埋個鵝片,未食過咁嫩滑嘅鵝片,墨魚🦑份量都唔小配上潮洲辣椒油真係巧巧味,下次入去元朗再食過。

唔知點解我特別中意係大熱天時打冷,由其想食D鹵水野!一路都知雞地一帶有間潮州打冷,擇日不如撞日,就今日去試一試味。環境同YOHO好近,幾就腳,入面隔局似茶餐廳,冇咩特別。門口都有幾張枱可能坐,怕熱既我揀左室內食物鹵水拼盤:墨魚拼大腸,墨魚好彈牙又俾得多,點埋D辣椒油一齊食好正,口感同味道都好好,大腸不過不失。韭菜豬紅:豬紅浸得好入味,份量都多,韭菜一向都唔會食埋所以唔知好唔好味蠔仔肉碎粥:D蠔仔幾大粒下,而且好鮮,出面有D蠔仔肉碎粥太少湯好快吸到乾晒,但佢飯同湯比例岩岩好辣子雞:可以改善,D雞炸得唔夠乾身,味亦唔係好夠,但雞件份量好多,而且斬得偏大舊,我地2個人食直頭食唔晒要拎走服務員工幾積極,有事叫佢都好快會處理價錢2個人食左3百蚊,唔算貴亦唔係話好平,正常價

環境
同YOHO好近,幾就腳,入面隔局似茶餐廳,冇咩特別。門口都有幾張枱可能坐,怕熱既我揀左室內

食物
鹵水拼盤:墨魚拼大腸,墨魚好彈牙又俾得多,點埋D辣椒油一齊食好正,口感同味道都好好,大腸不過不失。
韭菜豬紅:豬紅浸得好入味,份量都多,韭菜一向都唔會食埋所以唔知好唔好味
蠔仔肉碎粥:D蠔仔幾大粒下,而且好鮮,出面有D蠔仔肉碎粥太少湯好快吸到乾晒,但佢飯同湯比例岩岩好
辣子雞:可以改善,D雞炸得唔夠乾身,味亦唔係好夠,但雞件份量好多,而且斬得偏大舊,我地2個人食直頭食唔晒要拎走

一班人出街食飯,最鍾意嗌餸食飯,特別係幫襯打冷。如果要係雞地想打冷,一定要食飛陽。鋪面唔算好大,我同老婆兩個人今次就坐鋪內。必食鵝片!鵝片鵝肉味濃,而且肉質厚實,份量十足。最正要數個疊底嘅滷水豆腐,又嫩又入味,食過返尋味!老婆最愛西蘭花炒鮮魷,食到一半先記得影相。西蘭花大大棵,又爽又膽。碟菜夠哂鑊氣,上台個陣冒白煙,熱辣辣。除咗兩碟,我哋仲嗌左蠔仔粥同生炒骨,但因為食得太興奮,完全唔記得咗要影相。整體而言,啲嘢好食夾大件,服務又好,打冷必選!
