宵夜時間,隨隨便便走進一間打冷的小菜店,叫了幾樣不會好飽的東西。第1樣時胡椒豬咸菜肚湯,我們本來以為是小小一鍋,怎知來了個大鍋。超重黑胡椒味,很辣,也吃不到其他味道,也許本來就該這樣,才符合它的名稱。。。來個西蘭花炒蝦,普普普通通,沒什麼特別。這個炒蜆,真的不用叫,因為菜端上來,照道理應該是炒完,應該是熱的。可是,你能吃到蜆是凍的,只能說是,店舖為求快,把蜆都烚後備用,完全沒有炒過的鍋氣。絕不推介大家叫這道菜。可能有人說潮州打冷,不是應該叫潮州菜嗎?對喔~ 當時沒想到,就隨便叫而已,如果好吃,就算是普通菜也會好吃吧,但沒有喔....或許其他人可以試試叫其他菜,應該會有不同吧?

今晚到左晚餐時間,每晚都係幾個朋友你眼望我眼話唔到去食d乜,今晚好彩難得有朋友提出,話去親戚開去潮洲菜館一試,今日一行五人轉戰元朗。    落到元朗雞地,依到泊車好方便,附近都設有好多既咪錶位,泊完車行唔夠一百米,就已經到餐廳門口,隨便望望,依間餐廳同一般既潮洲菜館,係裝潢,佈局都大致上相同,簡單講就係正常既逼逼夾夾。    坐低,一行五人都有d胃口,叫左七菜一湯,慢慢品嚐依個豐富既晚餐,過左一分鐘到就開始上菜,一開始上到枱既當然係潮式大眼雞,韮菜豬紅同滷水拼盤。    大眼雞非常鮮味,肉質實,而且夠大條,絕對值得再食。而豬紅同滷水拼盤就普通小小,兩樣都唔夠入味,豬紅咬落去更會覺得「太實」,而兩樣既佩料:辣椒油,白醋,都做得同一般潮洲菜館唔同,辣椒油比較似桂林辣椒醬,白醋就酸味較濃,夾唔夾就見人見智。    之後既菜:有去到邊都無特別既魚肚羹,霸王雞,同埋一樣唔夠入味既涼拌魚皮,而最後兩樣「炒通菜」同「蠔餅」算得上係依餐最好食既菜式,炒通菜就夠晒濃味,食落有新鮮菜先有既爽口感。蠔餅入面夠晒多蠔,而且炸到啱啱好,唔會太硬,食落口感當然一流。    依餐價錢方面就算抵食,叫左八樣野,飲品白

蠔仔粥(鍋)($60)

蠔仔粥可以叫一碗或一鍋, 由於今天有點餓, 就叫了一鍋, 上到來很大鍋啊, 還好我帶了食物盒, 可以拿走一點。牛說蠔仔粥比一般的清淡, 我覺得蠻對味的, 蠔仔數量亦不少, 曾經想過自己整蠔仔粥, 但因太繁複, 還是未有實行, $60一大鍋, 出來吃也太方便了。

豬大腸拼墨魚冷盤$65

豬大腸很肥美, 沒有怪味, 脂肪的東西總是好食的, 少食多滋味, 有其獨有的油脂香, 質感軟腍, 雙拼的份量較好, 多吃就不健康了。相對墨魚比較清淡, 沒太多墨魚味, 底下有爽脆的芽菜很好吃。我喜歡後面的酸醋, 平常不愛酸的牛先生都狂點呢。

這裡沒有收加一, 價錢相宜, 下次可以再試其他食物呢。

朋友出去元朗小妹跟住去食飯,見到見到好似好好食試一試。 叫咗川招雞煲,雞炸過好乾,啲汁就好油好咸,基本上雞唔多,洋蔥就好多,有D搵笨,鵝片好凍好肥,肉鞋,下次都唔會再來了。仲有因為太夜個侍應係咁問我地要唔要魚,煩!
