口感更是令人心服口服,饼边在炉底高温的淬炼下膨起,形成小山丘一样连绵起伏的纹理,弹性,焦香,润泽,充分咀嚼时像给嘴巴裹上了散发着小麦香的毯子,打包第二天吃都香得要命。

【BRONTE 5.0】
蓬松柔韧的饼边依然像一块会呼吸的海绵,撕扯开来,气孔争先恐后释放着热乎的小麦香气。延展到中心则又柔软起来,托住沉甸甸的馅料,可以像棉被一样卷起来吃。

Ricotta奶油松散地点缀其间,中和了mortadella的咸,口感也更顺滑了。番茄干有点重复,早知道点一款番茄酱base的了,不过这款也很赞。

【TIRAMISU】
香港优秀的提拉米苏很多,相比之下这款不算太出彩。手指饼干浸没了但还没完全与mascarpone融为一体。甜度很好接受,espresso的苦香突出,还吃得到细碎的cacao。

Walk-in应该也有位,不过只有60mins time limit,想慢慢吃最好预定一下。店面略拥挤,不过就该是这个热热闹闹的vibe。杯卖🍷一般,配餐凑合喝点,于是刚出门又扭头进了隔壁TSP~

以這個價格吃到全港𝐧𝐨.𝟏的𝐩𝐢𝐳𝐳𝐚實在好划算。𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐤𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐧見到發酵後的麵團胖嘟嘟圓滾滾超可愛🍕廚師會在你面前揉麵團,名副其實手造𝐩𝐢𝐳𝐳𝐚!𝐏𝐢𝐳𝐳𝐚 𝐭𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞口感軟綿綿好煙韌,唯一美中不足是口味比較單一(大多番茄𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞+新鮮葉),比較𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐜口味!(好少肉😂)

一直都想去呢間Pizza店,因為朋友推介話係攞獎嘅Pizza,今日終於去到。因為lunch Time時間去,所以有lunch set價錢都比較平。嗌咗一個Pizza同埋飲一杯熱朱古力,朱古力首先嚟先,個杯好得意好靚,見到心心眼。pizza一放低就好期待,熱辣辣,Pizza 邊好香口, pizza都好香蕃茄味同芝士味,辣肉腸鹹度都適中,唔會過鹹。下次去會再試埋其他口味,環境都比較偏暗,影相有啲困難,不過都冇咗影低呢個Pizza嘅一刻

真就满心期待来的🤦🏻‍♀️Parmigiana不得不说,🍕披萨的饼底很劲道软韧,但属于是很厚实的那种大囊的感觉,就算上面的配料和酱汁也无法拯救的干巴Tiramisu🍰倒是挺好吃的,香醇的酒香和咖啡浸透了松软的手指饼干,让饼干和奶油充分的融合🍦,细腻软的在唇齿留香♻️反正就是能吃的很饱,但味道没啥特别,喜欢厚底劲道款的应该会喜欢吧
