近排工作繁忙,襯假期很想和另一半好好享受假期,FIGS 位於太古城中心6樓,比較寜靜的地方,有戶外座位,可惜當日下雨,我們唯有在室內享用Weekend Brunch Set冷/熱頭盤選二主菜、甜品選一$288 /位冷頭盤普里亞水牛城芝士蕃茄沙律水牛芝士味道溫和,充滿牛奶香;沙律菜用上濃郁火剪菜令味道更平衡。西班牙風乾火腿配番茄蓉包風乾火腿夠咸香;番茄蓉包略欠香脆口感。熱頭盤松露芝士三文治店員端上已經聞到香噴噴,松露和芝士永遠是不敗的組合。香煎蒜蓉蝦蝦稱不上彈牙,所以在調味上花了心思,加了蒜蓉、辣椒等令其變得相當惹味。溫泉蛋英式鬆餅炒菠菜煙三文魚配荷蘭醬無論賣相和味道也輕易得人歡心,一籖溫泉蛋超流心,蛋黃滲到下層,菠菜、煙三文魚和鬆餅也被蛋黃入侵,加上荷蘭醬的牛油味和煙三文魚咸香,令每啖味道都超豐富。鐵板煎三文魚扒配有機雜菜煎三文魚扒略嫌乾左小小,幸好魚皮夠香脆,燒汁調味也較單調;反而配菜我挺喜歡。Spring garden 碟豆花Mocktail ,以酸味為主道,夏天感重的飲品。Cappuccino 完全是我喜歡的咖啡豆, 很香的Nutty 豆,基本上冇乜果酸浮出,而且夠熱,就算冇拉花
