今日去左希慎food court搵野食,見到有間新鋪頭就一試!蝦頭油炸蝦球魚麵撈見啲人食評話係米芝蓮推介,就即刻試一試佢麵身比較彈牙,食落口都有好重嘅蝦油味不過我個人就麻麻哋魚麵(first try)ಥ_ಥ但我諗正常嚟講都係好食的!佢配幾粒炸蝦丸,加沙律醬另外仲配咗個少辣XO醬,可以自己再調味另外再嗌多個小食——炸魚無薯條(●°u°●)​ 」配咗個蟹黃醬,個醬好濃味個炸物本身想做到薯條效果,可惜一咬落去冇薯條咁脆,所以質感有啲奇怪另外仲嗌咗佢個熱既招牌奶茶王,茶味幾香不過杯飲品都幾熱,但係隻杯係冇耳仔(´・Д・)」所以都幾辣手整體嚟講,我覺得味道係好食的,只係個人口味未必好啱 continue reading

之前已經食過一次,覺得幾好食,今日嚟到銅鑼灣唔知食咩好決定再食多次!今次叫咗炸魚冇薯條$30,似炸魚糕條嘅感覺,淡淡魚香,不是好出味的感覺,但佢可以自己自選一個醬,我今次就揀咗蟹黃醬,蟹黃醬味道好濃烈,好香,加埋炸魚冇薯條,確實係絕配。(個人認為炸魚薯條個靈魂就係個醬入面)另外再揀咗個黑白春卷魚麵$51,黑白春卷係魚肉春卷同埋墨魚春卷,我覺得呢兩個春卷都係好香好好食好推薦,個湯底我就揀咗魚湯,淡淡嘅魚香再加埋魚麵,真係幾好食,值得一提嘅係佢嘅魚麵仲可以簡芫荽魚麵,不過今次我就冇試到,下次有機會再試! continue reading

呢間係我食過食物賣相同食物質素最大分別嘅一間餐廳😭😭叫咗個松露汁fishotto同蝦頭油炸蝦球與撈麵,賣相真係幾靚,一開始好期待。食落個risotto好似溝稀咗水咁,完全唔creamy,有啲似食泡飯咁😞大伏個撈麵就本身溝咗好多沙律醬,呢個見仁見智,不過本身唔夠熱,似食隔夜嘅撈麵😞另外亦都叫咗個fishchos, 呢個就ok既,正正常常,雖然啲魚皮好快會淋,但係都夠時間食,牛油果醬同salsa撈埋都幾似食緊真nanchos. continue reading

今日去咗希慎廣場food court間🐠魚事者食午餐,見到門面都幾吸引就試吓。呢度啲食物價錢合理,選擇又多,最終我叫咗黑白鴛鴦春卷手打烏冬配白雪雪魚湯🐠($51)。呢個烏冬湯一上嚟已經令人垂涎欲滴。湯底係白雪雪魚湯,味道非常濃郁,魚香四溢。烏冬麵條彈牙,每一啖都充滿魚湯嘅鮮甜。配埋春卷,脆口又入味,真係一個好完美嘅搭配。😋🍜成個午餐非常滿足,每一啖都充滿驚喜。魚事者嘅食物質素真係好高,價錢合理,下次一定會再嚟!如果你未試過,一定要去試吓,絕對唔會令你失望! continue reading
