搵個地方同屋企人食生日晚餐，搵到呢間有牛扒同價錢合理嘅新餐廳。我哋叫咗flat iron steak配沙律同薯條，職員好好幫我通知廚師沙律走洋蔥（因為我唔食得洋蔥）。估唔到食物好正 & 性價比高。我哋仲有叫咗個芝士蛋糕，職員幫我地寫「happy birthday」，好味 & 可以品嚐到質素係新鮮製作。 職員喺送蛋糕畀我哋嗰陣仲好熱情唱生日歌畀我屋企人聽，真係好驚喜 & 令我哋嘅晚餐更加有氣氛。食物好，性價比高，員工好好服務。 我哋已經計劃再去下次試下：逢星期四半價雙人戰斧牛扒逢星期二雙人 T 骨牛扒半價Find a place for birthday dinner for my family, & find out this new restaurant with steak and reasonable price.We order flat iron steak with salad & fries, the staff is so nice help me to inform the chef to take away onion for my salad (as I can’t eat onion).Out of expectation the food is very nice & good value for the money.& we order a cheese cake for birthday with word written “happy birthday” by the staff. This is delicious & can taste the quality is fresh made. & what a surprise the staffs are so sincere & passionate sing birthday song to my family when deliver the cake to us, this is really a surprise & value added brighten our dinner.Nice food, good value & nice staff. 今日在上環覓食，發現一間之前在中環連鎖店吃過的餐廳，不知道何時在上環也開了店。記得上次在中環連鎖店，吃的是漢堡包，今晚想試試其他東西。正當煩惱緊選擇什麼吃時，店員熱情地推介T骨扒給我們，原來是當晚星期二的特別推廣，可享半價優惠，最後我們的選擇了。等了大約15分鐘，一份份量十足的T骨扒經店員送到我們的桌上，我不禁先品嚐了一口，肉質十分鮮嫩，而且有點炭燒的香味。配菜也很出色，薯條是剛炸好的，十分香脆。兩個人選這份T骨怕份量剛剛好，不需額外再叫食物。

這晚突然很想吃牛扒，就決定去一直想試的「FLAT IRON STEAK」，這次選擇了他們在上環的新店！主菜價格大約在$100至200多，經濟實惠！這次點了：Flat Iron Steak（$228）11oz的澳洲黑毛安格斯牛扒，搭配蒜蓉和香料牛油，選了medium，牛味濃郁，份量多性價比不錯！伴菜是炸得香脆的幼身薯條和沙律。不過，雖然牛扒呈粉紅色，但咬下去稍為略韌。廚師發辦牛扒（$208）同樣使用了11oz的澳洲黑毛安格斯，搭配辣椒、香蒜和阿根廷青醬，味道更加豐富，感覺上這款牛扒吃下去比flat iron steak 更重油脂香。在飲品方面，這裡有多種酒類選擇，但這晚只點了一杯latte （$40），水準正常。

I ordered a 3-course lunch menu yesterday and it was so satisfying and delicious! 🥩Flat Iron Steak 7oz Australian Black Angus, Garlic & Herb ButterThe steak was juicy and tender. We ordered medium well roasted and I suggest to order medium if you don’t like to eat too cooked 🍟🥗Fries and Salad Fries were so crispy and salad was so fresh 🍪Mini Oreo Brownie Sundae🍓Mini Strawberry Cheesecake SundaeChocolate and brownie were sweet and I recommend to choose Mini Strawberry Cheesecake Sundae if you like less sugary dessert
