年初四同家人到富家閣飲茶,時不時有到餐廳食飯飲茶。一路食物水準都可以。佢地既價錢一直都係中上,但係佢既環境亦比起其他酒樓好啲,所以平時貴少少都會黎呢間食。之前佢啲點心同炒野都可以,唔知係咪新年關係,今日個炒飯偏鹹,個炒河就偏淡。碟腸粉個皮就過厚。叉燒包太多醬太甜。唯一個燒賣仲係保持水準。仲有原本啲火計啲質素同服務都好好。平日黎既態度都好既。會打招呼。今日都有,而且因爲新年都有俾利是相熟嗰幾個火計,但係櫈都未坐低就有成班唔識既火計係咁一窩蜂搶住要利是。嗰一刻俾佢地嚇到我唔識反應。唔明白點解經理可以俾啲員工亂黎。我相信我冇咩特別,唔會再黎呢間酒樓。呢個價錢可以有更多選擇。

之所以會經常光顧富嘉閣,很大原因是因為它的地理位置很方便,驅車前往一上東區走廊到北角出口左轉就到,停車場車位夠多,富嘉閣又有Free Parking提供,故此人客甚多講回食物重點富嘉閣據說是阿一鮑魚高徒所開設,因此食物質素十分有保證,多次光顧都未曾有食物重大失手或者中伏燒賣、蝦餃基本功夫,不算獨步江湖但味道水準在一般茶樓之上其他點心都幾特別,最重要全部新鮮熱辣又例如鳳爪,比其他茶樓大隻同飽滿,入味同時仍有爽度同彈性,不會過度軟身至於富嘉閣除了穩實基本功外,當然都有必食招牌點心啦避風塘蘿蔔糕及蛋煎糯米雞每次必點,色香味都屬上上之作,非常香口惹味整體而言,在甲級寫字樓內的酒家用餐,環境、樓底、氣氛都有保證,加上食物平均水準甚高假日時記得要致電預約留位方為上策

訂咗6人枱,準時到同門口阿姐講,叫我地等一陣,執好枱叫我地。15分鐘過去,追問阿姐,佢好悔氣咁話佢唔知,冇人講低叫我地等。有熟客到,又係6人,但佢立即帶佢地入去,咁我跟入去睇,原來有一半枱冇人座。追問佢先好悔氣咁帶我地入去指一下張枱就走咗去。搵個伙記攞小朋友高椅,立回好難搵,未必有就走咗,經理經過,惡啲同佢講攞高椅,冇答但9秒9攞高椅嚟。劉德華多年前已經話啦,今時今日,呢啲服務態度。。。真係一絕。。。

雖說是艇王粥,但查實裡頭許多的配料都是可在剛才的及第粥內找到。額外添加的有令粥更呈鮮甜的帶子及牛肉,再加上鹹度醃得剛啱好的鹹瘦肉,論味道是比前述的及第更具層次....當然,粥底是同樣的綿而香.....

一口氣吞了好幾碗粥,肚子已飽了一半有多。對接下來的點心,就只能淺嚐....

呢處近大酒店,又在高廈內,唔係好多人知,但其實家庭聚會好,價錢唔貴有免費泊車。婆婆生日我們一圍,今日食呢味值得講講。鴛鴦香酥骨是話梅及欖角兩拼,各有各的味道皆好出,我喜歡話梅骨酸味開胃,又鐘意欖角骨的鹹香,排骨大件肉厚,炸得酥香惹味。最後個壽包都正,蛋黃香。

諗住在商業大廈裏面, 實唔會差得去邊, 打電話去訂位, 聽個待應既口氣好無禮貎, 都覺得好唔妥當。未入到去在門口等位, 見到入面食客儀容都知有點問題。  一坐低, 我仲同我親友講風景幾好幾高級咁。叫左個蝦餃, 冇蝦味, 肉實。   义燒包, 包身硬, 义燒硬, 有油溢味。  菲菜餃, 冇菲菜味。   排骨硬骨骨。茶沖兩沖又係冇味。  連啲待應都唔醒目, 求求其其。  呢到淨係食地方。  不過價錢係最好味喇, 成九十大元一個人。

叫做朋友介紹,去了這家富嘉閣做公司的Annual Dinner, 去到已經心知不妙,雖然已經有間房,點知出面有隊Live Band,好似海城皇宮大酒樓咁。有房等於冇房,算,講食物。第一味來的乳豬全體,見到當堂O了咀,從來未食過咁肥的乳豬,肥膏佔8成,食之前係咁,用口去皮後係咁,可吃的部分不到10%。問女經理點解會咁,佢話唔係佢地酒樓燒的,唔關佢地事。噢...陳皮骨,重陳皮的香味,有點熱氣但好味。好了,大家傾Menu 的時候confirm 了豆苖,點知臨時話冇豆苗變了芥蘭,再問個經理佢地仲話芥蘭仲貴,我冇去過街市嗎?這個糯米飯其實都ok,不太濕又不太dry, 不太油幾香口不過我未吃第二碗已經被人收走丟掉了棗王糕值得一試,煙靱,紅棗味重,軟滑,不過甜,值得一試。有服務勁差,人未走已經bing bing bang bang 收碗碟,連食剰的東西都收曬,極之浪費。仲真係、唔怪之依間嘢見有唔少知名人士投訴,真係絕對冇下次。

有服務勁差,人未走已經bing bing bang bang 收碗碟,連食剰的東西都收曬,極之浪費。

舊同僚聚會安排在侧魚涌富嘉閣,記得上次在這店晚飯已經是去年底的事,還記得上次是吃煀鯉魚。今次也不例外,也有點鯉魚,不過是羊魚鮮會,真的有驚喜,鯉魚公的鮮味加上羊腩的味道,配合得很好,羊腩多且炇得又唸又入味,超正,這入冬菜色是必叫的。此外,蟹粉百花鷄和香煎蓮藕餅也做得非常好,蟹粉又鮮又多,蝦膠有口感,雞只有肉無骨,好好食。蓮藕餅煎得好香,蓮藕爽口,感覺極佳。不過太史三蛇𡙡則蛇肉較小和上枱時温度不夠熱,有改善空間。

天天OT之後有人情味的老闆好識做是日老闆拍版吃好D當然去間貴野食柚皮卻有點失色可能吃過某名人俱樂部的超讚柚皮呢間大就大,但太實,上色好,但入味不足石班新鮮彈牙冇得彈!最正的蝦多士,香脆不油炸功出色好想食多幾塊!菠蘿牛柳其實個牛柳肉質OK就是切功差了點,有筋!合桃糊即時炮製,OK!下次再試!
